7. Participants and qualifications


(1) Each city and state organizes teams to participate in the competition with the community as a unit. The bridge associations of each city and state are responsible for the qualification review of the community representative teams of the city and state and bear related responsibilities.


(2) Contestants must be people from the place where the participating community is registered, temporary residents, or people whose work unit is in the community.


(3) The participating players must be in good health. Each team is responsible for the health and safety of its competitors.


(4) Participants must purchase personal accident insurance (including during the competition and on the way back and forth).


8. Competition method


(1) The competition is divided into two stages


1. The first stage is qualifying. Arranged by points, there are 5 rounds in total, 10 pairs in each round, sorted by VP.


2. The second stage is the group competition. According to the qualifying results, they are divided into Group A and Group B (the corresponding group is determined according to the number of participating teams). Each team will take 40% of the results of the first stage from high to low, and renumber them to enter Group A and Group B. Group A Must be an even team. Arranged by points, there are 4 rounds in total, 10 pairs in each round.


3. Arrange the winning teams of each group according to the final results.


(2) The competition adopts the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018.


(3) The number of the first stage shall be decided by the chief referee by drawing lots.


(4) Each pair of players must prepare 2 system cards.


   9. Admission ranking and rewards:


(1) The top 8 in Group A and the top 6 in Group B.


(2) There will be an award for outstanding community organization, and the method will be formulated separately.


(3) According to the "Technical Grade Standards for Chinese Bridge Association Members", the master points of the Chinese Bridge Association are awarded.


    10. Registration and check-in


(1) Registration


1. For teams that meet the qualifications, each team can report 1 leader or coach, and 4-6 athletes.


2. Before September 30, 2020, each team will submit the registration form to the Sichuan Bridge Association in writing. The registration form needs to be stamped with the official seal of the community and the prefecture-state bridge association.

(3) Registration


1. Competitors report to the competition area before October 5.


2. Each team will report to the competition area on October 6th (16:30~18:30).

11. Funding


The registration fee is waived for this competition. Participants are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation and transportation.


12. Traffic and hotel information


(1) About traffic


1. Airplane: Mianyang Nanjiao Airport, take No. 601 tourist bus (5 yuan/person) or taxi (about 60 yuan) to the Anzhou District Gymnasium.


2. Train: After arriving at Mianyang Station, take a bus or taxi (about 50 yuan) to the Anzhou District Gymnasium.


3. Car:


1) Arrive at Mianyang Bus Terminal and walk 150 meters, take No. 91 at the West Bus Station of the Railway Passenger Station, get off at the Anzhou District Construction Bureau Bus Station and walk 600 meters to reach the Anzhou District Gymnasium;


2) Arrive at Mianyang Bus Terminal and walk for 300 meters, take No. 15 at the bus station of the train station and get off at the Mile Temple bus stop and transfer to No. 6 in Anxian County, get off at the Wenxingge bus stop and walk for 320 meters to reach the Anzhou District Gymnasium;


3) Arrive at Mianyang Bus Terminal and transfer to a bus or taxi (about 45 yuan).


(2) About the hotel


The organizer does not arrange board and lodging, and each team can book hotels by themselves.
