On April 11, the "Hongta Cup" 2009 National Bridge Association Championship kicked off in Kunming, Yunnan. The competition is divided into 5 groups, namely Open A, B, C and Women A and B. The first to start is the Open C and Women's B. There are 32 men's and 23 women's teams from across the country participating in the two events respectively.
