1. Time and place:
It was held at the Provincial Bridge Activity Center on May 1-3, 2009.
2. Qualifications:
1. All participating units must be members of the Gansu Bridge Association and club members.
2. Teams: The first and second teams of Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd., Lanzhou Tianhe Club, Gansu Electric Power Company, Gansu Jiyang Club, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, Lanzhou Yineng Club, Baiyin Nonferrous Metals (Group) Company, Gansu Sapphire Club, Gansu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Zhangye Power Plant, Qinghai Oilfield Dunhuang Research Institute.
3. Participants must comply with the relevant regulations of the provincial bridge association member registration files and transfer methods.
4. Each team can report 1 leader (or coach) and 4-6 athletes.
3. Competition method:
1. Implement the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" (1999 edition) approved by the China Bridge Association and the 2006 "China Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge Judgment Law (Trial)" and the supplementary regulations of Gansu Province Bridge Competition.
2. The competition is conducted in a single round robin, with 16 decks of cards played in each round, and the ranking is ranked by cumulative VP.
4. Arrangement: Each team's serial number is arranged according to the ranking of the previous competition. The teams of the same unit met in the first round.
5. Competition procedure:
1. Players should distribute the cards for the game in accordance with the requirements of the referee, and carefully copy the card types, and play one pair as one pair.
2. The Beijia is responsible for the management, taking and placing of the game cards, and the East and the West are responsible for checking. All players are responsible for ensuring that the table procedures are correct.
3. Competitors should take the cards from the correct deck position and confirm the card position and the number of cards before viewing the cards and cards. In the game, the deck is always placed in the center of the table. After the cards are played, the cards must be correctly placed back into the deck. After that, no player can look at the cards.
4. Nanjia is responsible for accurately and completely filling out the score sheet that needs to be sent to the referee's stand. The owner is responsible for filling out the score sheet kept by his team, and checking and signing the score sheet with Nanjia. Then the winning team (if the VP is the same, the home team) is responsible for sending the first joint score sheet recorded by Nanjia in the opening and closing room to the referee's stand within 5 minutes after the deadline for each round. If the score sheet is not handed in on time, the responsible party will score points according to abstention, and the non-responsible party will score points according to the actual game results.
5. Secret agreements are strictly prohibited. All agreed bidding (including the habitual tacit understanding between partners) must be reminded to the other party in a timely manner in accordance with the regulations (except for those who may not be reminded according to the regulations, or the other party requires no reminders).
6. Any legal bidding card cannot be changed once it is placed on the push plate, and illegal bidding must be changed immediately.
7. In the bidding, all inquiries and explanations must be written.
8. Game time limit: 16 decks of cards 2 hours and 05 minutes
The referee can stop playing cards according to the needs of the game time, but the cards that have started the bidding phase must be played. At this time, points will be deducted according to the corresponding standard for overtime. Unplayed cards are given a procedural penalty to the offending party. Each deck of cards will be deducted 1 VP, and the deduction will be the sum of the deducted points of both parties. If both parties are responsible, each deduction will be 1/2 of the prescribed deduction.
9. The time limit for correcting errors is within 30 minutes after the official score is announced.
10. Psychological bidding is prohibited. It is forbidden to use unusual bidding systems such as weak openings and highly unconventional (brown convention bidding) convention bidding.
11. It is forbidden to use mobile communication tools in the game. For those who do not answer or watch, the relevant team 2VP will be deducted; for those who have answered or watched, they will be disqualified for the round. Players who appear repeatedly will be further punished until they are disqualified from the competition.
12. Smoking is not allowed in the arena, and violators will deduct and fine the relevant team 2VP. Players who appear repeatedly will be further punished until they are disqualified from the competition.
13. Respect the referee, obey the ruling, respect the opponent, respect the companions, and must not show offensive or uncivilized behavior with insulting language in the course of the game. Once found, 0.5-2 VP of the relevant team will be deducted. If they show up repeatedly or persuade them not to change, further penalties will be given according to the seriousness of the circumstances until they are disqualified.
14. The bidding system and attack signal used must be filled in the agreed card in detail and brought into the arena. Players who do not bring the agreed card will be given a procedural penalty.
6. Representations:
1. The competition will set up an arbitration committee to accept related complaints.
2. All appeals must be made to the chief referee within 30 minutes after the end of the round, and written materials and an appeal fee of RMB 50 must be submitted.
7. Admission ranking and rewards:
1. The top six admitted in the competition, the first place has one trophy, six gold medals, 60 provincial masters (3); the second place has one trophy, six silver medals, and 40 provincial masters (2); third One trophy, six bronze medals, 30 provincial masters (1); 20 provincial masters for the fourth; 10 provincial masters for the fifth; 5 provincial masters for the sixth.
2. After the ninth place in the game, the teams will be reduced to the 2010 second-tier team.
8. Other
1. The registration deadline for the participating teams is April 27th. Before that, all teams are requested to submit the list of participants to the Provincial Bridge Association. 2. Each team must pay a registration fee of 100 yuan; at the same time, pay the group and individual dues for the year.
