1. Competition date: May 1st-May 3rd, 2009
2. Venue: 14th Floor, Unit 2, Building 1, Lelan Baodi Apartment, No. 39 Nanmofang Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, Beijing Wanjia Xinxing Sports Club
3. Competition method:
1. The competition adopts the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" published by the China Bridge Association in 1999 and relevant supplementary regulations.
2. Only open team competitions.
3. The competition is divided into three stages: preliminaries, semi-finals and finals.
Registration fee: 300 yuan per team for the preliminaries, 200 yuan per team for the semi-finals, no charge for the finals.
4. The preliminaries on May 1st will adopt the Swiss shift points arrangement system, divided into two groups, each group will play 5 rounds, each round will play 8 decks of cards, and each team will be ranked according to the VP points of each round. Group A (1st morning) 8:30) Take the top 15 to enter the semi-finals. Group B (15:00 in the afternoon) will take the top 15 to enter the semi-finals, and the semi-finals will be divided into 5 groups in a single round of competition. The top three in the group will enter the finals. The 15 teams in the final plus the Shenhua Club team will be eliminated in a single elimination.
5. In the round-by-round arrangement of the Swiss shift game, if the field points and VP points are the same, it is stipulated that in the odd rounds, the small team with the same score will be arranged to the large team; in the even round, the large team with the same score shall be arranged. 6. In the game, the team number in the former plays the home team. The home team sits north-south in the open room and east-west in the closed room; the away team sits in the opposite direction and should be seated first. No substitutions are allowed in the middle of each round.
7. Repeated registration is allowed for teams that have not qualified in Group A (foreign teams are preferred). A player is prohibited from representing two teams. Once it is found that the results of the second team have been cancelled, the list is allowed to be changed before the start of the game on the day of the competition, and it is forbidden to change the list after the start of the game.
4. Procedures at the poker table:
1. All the cards in the game are issued by the players themselves at the table before each round.
2, all players should pay attention to the order, position and number of cards. The competitor sitting north is responsible for the custody of the deck. In the event of an error, the responsibility of both parties shall be borne by both parties; if it is only a unilateral responsibility, the violating party shall be responsible. When taking a card, it must be noted that each player first counts the cards face down to clear the number of cards, and then can look at the cards before making a bid.
3. After the cards are played, all players should check the card type again, and only after the number of cards are counted can the cards be returned to the corresponding deck position. When the cards in each hand are included in the deck and there is an error in the position or card, if it belongs to one party, that party shall be responsible; the parties related to both parties shall be responsible. The foul team deducts 0.5 VP each time; if the card is invalidated, 0.5 VP will be deducted.
4. The player who sits south is responsible for scoring, and the other teams are responsible for checking. If errors are found, they should immediately coordinate with the south team to correct them.
The score sheet should indicate the game round, room category, players, team names and the names of the players, etc.
5. Any unnatural connotations of agreed bids should be immediately prompted by the bidder's companion to the opponent's attention (when using the screen, the bidder and companions should prompt the opponent on the same side of the screen to pay attention)! If a player has doubts about the meaning of the opponent's bid, when it is his turn to bid, he can ask the opponent player to fully explain their bid. The opponent must explain clearly according to the agreement and must not have a secret contract.
6. It is forbidden to use the HUM system. Bidding is prohibited.
7. When using the screen, it is not allowed to accept illegal bids from one side of the screen. The bidding is pushed from the north and the south. Pay attention to keeping the speed, angle, and force of the pushing in the same direction. Do not put your hands across the screen.
8. After the bidding phase is over, if the first attacker has any doubts about the meaning of the opponent's bid, he should ask before the first attack. After the first attack card is selected, the card is placed face down on the table and cannot be taken back. If the partner of the lead attacker asks about the meaning of the other party's agreed bid, wait for the partner to finish the question before revealing the card. Once the card of the first attack is exposed, the companion of the first attacker shall not ask any more questions when the card is played in this round.
5. Competition time limit:
1, 8 decks of cards game time is 1 hour and 10 minutes, 12 decks of card game time is 1 hour and 40 minutes.

If the opening and closing of the room are overtime at the same time, the penalty will be the longest room. In order not to affect the entire game, the chief referee has the right to cancel any unplayed cards. If a team believes that the opponent has caused an undue delay, any player can request the referee to appoint an inspector to observe and decide which team is responsible for the delay.
3. Penalties for being late: warning within 5 minutes of being late, 0.5 VP for being late for 5+-10 minutes, and 1 VP for being late for 10+-20 minutes. If you are late for less than 20 minutes, you will be judged to play 1 less card and give the opponent 3IMP for every 8 minutes late. Being late for more than 20 minutes will be deemed as abstention. The abstaining party gets 0 VP.
Those who do not waive can choose the highest score according to the following three options:
A. The average VP of the team's first few games.
B. 30VP minus the average VP of the abstaining side's previous games; but not exceeding 25VP.
C.18VP.
If a team abstains for 2 rounds, all results of that team will be cancelled. If more than half of the round has passed, the original result is valid.
6. How to determine the ranking when the points are equal:

1. Those with more VP points will be ranked first.

3. The winner with more rounds is ranked first (only 15 VP is not considered a win).
4. Calculate the opponent's points (VP points) of the relevant team, and the opponent with the highest score will be ranked first.

7. Competition discipline:
1. All players should strive to be upright, skilled and fast.
2. Secret agreements are strictly forbidden. Once found, they will be dealt with seriously according to the seriousness of the circumstances or even disqualified from the competition.
3. In the closed room, except for the matchmakers and referee staff of the match, other personnel are not allowed to enter.
4. During the game, players are not allowed to leave the table at will. Under special circumstances, the referee and the opponent must agree to leave. Both parties are required to travel together, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk.
5. Non-playing players (excluding the team leader and coach) are not allowed to watch their team's game. After the game, players should immediately leave the game to settle the division and rest and wait for the score.
6. During the game, anyone watching the game is not allowed to talk to the players. Discuss with each other and shall not interfere with the players in any form. The audience is not allowed to speak and not to walk back and forth to see the cards.
7. After each round of the game is finished, the score sheets of the two teams will be signed by both parties and the winner (IMP will also be tied by the home team) will be sent to the scorer's table within 5 minutes of the end of the round. In the event of a score settlement error, it shall be submitted to the chief referee together with the opponent within 30 minutes of the official score announcement, otherwise no changes will be made.
8. Every player shall maintain a good card style, respect the referee, obey the ruling, respect the other party, and respect his companions to ensure the smooth progress of the game. Anyone who violates the rules of the competition will be punished according to the seriousness of the circumstances or even disqualified from the competition.
9. Personnel in the arena, please turn off communication equipment to avoid disturbing the game. If a player's communication equipment is found to be sounding, the team will be deducted 0.5 VP for the first time, and the game will be disqualified for the second time.
10. Smoking is prohibited in the arena! If it is found that a player smokes 0.5 VP for the first time, the team will be disqualified for the second time.
9. Appeal:
The appeal must be made orally by the team captain to the chief referee within 15 minutes of the official score announcement. If it is a rule issue, the chief referee shall explain and decide. If you insist on appealing, the team captain shall submit a written appeal to the chief referee within 30 minutes after the match and pay an appeal fee of 200 yuan, which will be forwarded to the arbitration committee by the chief referee. Appeals that do not comply with the above procedures will not be accepted.
10. Matters not covered are subject to the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules", and the chief referee is responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of the rules.
11. Admission rankings and awards: Members of the China Bridge Association can receive corresponding master points in accordance with the relevant regulations of the China Bridge Association. The top three teams each won a "Shenhua Cup";
