Jiaxing Bridge Association of Zhejiang Province
1. Time and place
It was held at the Junte Hotel in Jiaxing from May 28 to May 30, 2009.
2. Organizer
Zhejiang Bridge Association.
3. Undertaker and co-organizer
It is organized by Jiaxing Bridge Association, Xiuzhou District Sports Federation, Xiuzhou District Bridge Association, and co-organized by Zhejiang Hecheng Rural Cooperative Bank.
4. Competition items
Open team competition.
5. Participation method
1. With counties (county-level cities, districts) as participating units, each county (city, district) can report to one team. The undertaking unit (district team) can report an additional team.
2. Each team is limited to one leader and six athletes. Players must be from the county (city, district), and no cross-county (city, district) or other provinces are allowed to participate.
3. Athletes who want to participate in the 2009 Provincial A and B Bridge Championships are not allowed to participate in county-level team competitions.
4. The province is limited to 32 teams. If the registration limit is exceeded, the teams will be determined according to the order of the postmark date.
6. Competition method
1. The competition is divided into two stages: preliminaries and finals. There are six rounds of Swiss competition in the preliminaries. Points are divided by field (19:11 VP and above are 2:0, 18:12 VP is 1.5:0.5, 16:14 VP is scored It is 1:1) and the number of cumulative VP rankings. The top eight teams will participate in the finals, and the finals will be a double-defeat knockout to determine the final ranking.
2. Teams that have not made the finals can participate in the additional Switzerland competition, and the teams that have been eliminated in both losses can take points to participate in the additional Switzerland competition.
3. The winning team in the preliminaries and finals play 16 decks of cards per round, and the team in the losing zone and the additional Switzerland play 12 decks of cards per round.
4. It is forbidden to use unusual bidding systems such as weak opening and psychological bidding.
5. Each pair of players must bring an agreed card to the field, and no card cannot enter the field without an agreed card (please fill it out before the game).
6. Implement the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1999.
7. Admission Ranking and Rewards
The top four in the open group and the top two in the additional Swiss competition will be awarded.
The top two teams in the open finals were promoted to the Zhejiang Province B team and participated in the Provincial B Bridge Championship in the second half of 2009.
