Rules of the Taiyuan 9th National Games "Jinli" Cup Adult Bridge Competition

"Jinli" Cup adult group bridge competition rules


1. Organizer: People's Government of Taiyuan City


2. Lead organizer: Taiyuan Sports Bureau


3. Organizer: Taiyuan Bridge Association


4. Competition date: May 29 (afternoon)-31st, 2009


Competition venue: Taiyuan Military Transfer Training Center


5. Participating Units:


Counties (cities, districts) and industry associations in Taiyuan City


6. Competition items:


1. Mixed team competition (afternoon on the 29th to morning on the 30th)


2. Open team competition (afternoon on the 30th-afternoon on the 31st)


7. Entry method:


(1) Each team can report one leader and one coach, and six athletes for open groups; six for mixed groups, but the players must be male and female partners.


　　(2) Chinese citizens who are over 18 years old, such as the merged colleges, sub-districts, townships, communities, workers, farmers, and self-employed workers, can participate. All industry sports associations organize employees of their industries to form teams to sign up for participation.


(3) Each athlete can only represent one team to participate in the competition, and may not represent more than two teams in the competition, otherwise the competition will be disqualified.


(4) The registration fee for open groups is 150 yuan, and the registration fee for mixed groups is 100 yuan. The registration fee is all used for the top three prizes.


8. Competition method:


　　 (1) There are less than three teams registered for each event, and no competition will be organized.


 (2) The competition adopts the latest bridge competition rules approved by the State Sports General Administration. If there is a conflict between the rules and the rules, the rules shall prevail.


　　(3) The competition method is determined according to the number of teams registered.


9. Admission ranking, scoring and reward methods:


(1) The top 8 of each project are admitted and rewarded, and counted as 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 into the total score of the group; if the ranking is the same, the score is based on the obtained ranking and the next ranking. The average score is calculated, and there is no next score. The top three teams will be awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals, and the other teams will be awarded certificates.　　


(2) The conference will set up a "Sportsmanship Award", which shall be implemented in accordance with the selection methods and requirements of the Sportsmanship Award issued by the State Sports General Administration.


10. Registration matters:


　　 The list must be carefully filled out and stamped with the official seal, in duplicate, and reported to the Taiyuan Sports Competition Management Center before May 22, 2009. The name and contact number of the person in charge of the team are required.

11. Other


　　 At 9:00 am on May 28, 2009, a joint team leader meeting was held in the conference room of Taiyuan Sports Competition Management Center.
