2009 Hunan Province Bridge A League Competition Regulations


1. Organizer, title sponsor, co-organizer


Organizer: Hunan Bridge Association

3. Competition date and time


From May 22 to 24, 2009, it was held at Qiaoyuan Teahouse, No. 127, Section 2, Furong Middle Road, Changsha City (Liziling).


4. Participating Units


Sinopec Changlian, Changsha Mobile Company, Changlian Electromechanical Company, Shaoyang Electric Power Bureau, Changsha Tianxi Hotel, Chenzhou Electric Power Bureau Team, Xiangtan Bridge Club, Anbang Pharmaceutical, Provincial Public Security Department, Provincial Hydropower Institute, Hunan Engineering College, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Hunan Changxin Team, Zhuzhou City Team, Provincial Light Industry Salt Industry Group, Changde (Happy Team), Changsha Industrial and Commercial Bank, Provincial Party Committee Office, Changsha Hongyuan, Provincial Economic Commission.


5. Participation method


1. Each team can report 1 leader and coach, and 4-6 athletes.


2. All participating teams are responsible for their own board and lodging and travel expenses. Qiaoyuan Tea House can arrange board and lodging for each team (contact: Liu Li, Tel: 13607318840).


6. Competition method


(1) The competition is divided into two stages


1. The first stage: 6 rounds of Swiss shift competition, 16 decks of cards in each round (using the game points system). The top 4 in the total score entered the semi-finals, the 5-8th entered the knockout 1-1, the 9th and 10th were relegated, the 11-14th entered the knockout 1-2, the 15th-18th entered the knockout 1-3, and the 19, 20 were demoted.


2. The second stage: the knockout, semi-finals, play-offs and finals have 32 decks of cards, divided into two quarters.


(1) The first round of elimination:


Semi-finals: The top 4 in the total score of the Swiss game, according to 1-4, 2-3 crossover, the winning team enters the final, and the losing team enters the 3-4 play-offs.


Knockout 1-1: The 5-8th place in the Swiss game, according to the 5-8, 6-7 crossover, the winning team enters the 5-6 play-offs.


Knockout 1-2: 11-14 in the Swiss game, according to 11-14, 12-13 cross, the winning team is relegated, and the losing team enters the second round of the knockout.


Knockout 1-3: The 15-18th place in the Swiss match will be crossed between 15-18 and 16-17. The winning team enters the second round of the knockout round, and the losing team is relegated.


(2) The second round of elimination


finals:


Play-offs: 3-4, 5-6 play-offs


Knockout: In the first round of the knockout round, the 1-2 losing team and the 1-3 winning team, among the 4 teams, the top ranked team in the Swiss game has the right to choose its opponent. The winning team is relegated, and the losing team is relegated.


(2) Adopt the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association, and implement the "China Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge Judgment Method (Trial)".


(3) Each pair of players must bring their completed agreement card to the game table in duplicate.


Seven, rewards


Champion: 3200 yuan, runner-up: 2000 yuan, third place: 1600 yuan


Fourth place: 1200 yuan fifth place: 1000 sixth place: 600 yuan


8. Registration, registration and funding


1. Registration: All participating units must send their report list to Provincial Stadium, Provincial Bridge Association, No. 36 Tiyuguan Road, Changsha City, before May 10, 2009. Zip code: 410008


2. Registration: Each team shall register and pay the fees before 2:30 pm on May 22, 2009. The opening ceremony will be held at 3:15 and the competition will start at 3:30.


3. Registration fee and membership fee: Each team should pay 200 yuan for the competition registration fee. Units that have not paid the 2009 Provincial Bridge Association group membership fee (800 yuan) are not allowed to participate in the competition. The registration fee and group membership fee can be paid at the time of registration.
