1. Competition time and location
It will be held in Lezhi County, Ziyang City from November 12 to 15, 2020.

4. Participants
(1) Group A
1. One group: Meikemeijia, Chengdu Shenghuaao, Chongqing Jianke, Huasen Sugar Sands Yunya, Yueyou Team, Chongqing BY Group, Yibin Yili, Shushan Cambridge, Antou Group, Xichang Tianxi.
2. Group 2: Chengdu Aobo, Chengdu Silan, Ziyang Dayan, Bank of Shanghai Chengdu Branch, Anyue, Mianyang Bridge Association, Jingmen Petrochemical, Lezhi, Beibei Qiaorui, Rongxian Chiyu.
(B) Group A and B.
1. One group: Dali Prefecture Bridge Association, Sichuan Pude, Neijiang City, Lanqiruo, Qiaoyi Commercial Kitchen, Huasen Sugar Panxi Vocational College, Sichuan Youth Team, Sichuan Commercial Lawyer, Leshan Bridge Association, Provincial Women Training team.
2. The second group: Yunnan Tongkang, Chongqing Wandering, Meishan City, Darui Industrial, China Overseas Gas, Sichuan Biyu, Ya'an City, Zigong Bridge Association, Yibin Shao'e Valley, Ziyang Bridge Association.
(3) Group B: other member units that meet the requirements of the competition.
5. Participation qualifications and methods
(1) Each member unit can apply for a representative team to participate. There are no restrictions on the women's team, universities, and primary and secondary schools.
(2) The participating athletes must be individual members of the China Bridge Association.
(3) Each team can report four to six athletes and one team leader (coach).
(4) Each team shall pay for the participation fee.
6. Competition method
(1) Competition method
1. Class A Group: It is carried out in three stages.
The first stage: group single round robin
Divide into one and two groups (the serial number of each group/team shall be determined according to the fourth article of this regulation), each will have 9 rounds of single round robin, and each round will have 8 decks of cards. The 1-5th place in each group enters the second stage one group, and the 6-10th place in each group enters the second stage two group.
The second stage: group crossover
One group: the 1-5 of each group in the first stage will have the VP points of the first stage, and they will compete with the 1-5 of the other group in the first stage. Each round will have 8 decks of cards. This stage will be ranked according to the accumulated VP. The 1st to 10th, the 9th and 10th are relegated.
Group 2: The 6-10th in each group in the first stage will have the VP points of the first-stage group, and will compete with the 6-10th in the other group in the first stage. Each round will have 8 decks of cards. This stage will be ranked according to the accumulated VP. 11th to 20th place, 19th and 20th place are demoted.
After that, the 1st to 4th places went to the knockout 1-1, the 5th-8th places went to the knockout 1-2, the 11th-14th place went to the knockout 1-3, and the 15th-18th place went to the knockout 1-4.
The third stage: Divisional knockout
(1) The first round of elimination
Knockout 1-1: The first to fourth players in the second stage will play 20 decks of cards, divided into two quarters. The first-placed team has the right to choose opponents from the third and fourth-placed teams. The winning team enters the final, and the losing team enters the knockout 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: The 5th to 8th place in the second stage will play 20 decks of cards, divided into 2 quarters. The fifth-placed team has the right to choose opponents among the seventh and eighth-placed teams. The winning team entered the knockout 2-1, and the losing team was ranked 7th and 8th in the second stage to relegation.
Knockout 1-3: In the second stage, the 11th to 14th places will compete with 30 decks of cards, divided into 3 quarters. The 11th team has the right to choose opponents from the 13th and 14th teams. The winning team is ranked 11th and 12th in the second stage to relegation, and the losing team enters the knockout round 2-2.
Knockout 1-4: The 15th to 18th in the second stage will play 30 decks of cards, divided into 3 quarters. The 15th team has the right to choose opponents from the 17th and 18th teams. The winning team entered the knockout round 2-2, and the losing team was relegated to the 17th and 18th according to the second stage ranking.
(2) The second round of elimination
Knockout 2-1: The 2 losing teams of the knockout 1-1 and the 2 winning teams of the knockout 1-2 will play 20 decks of cards, divided into 2 quarters. The team ranked first among the four teams in the second stage has the right to choose opponents among the third and fourth teams. The winning team enters the 3rd and 4th play-offs, and the losing team is ranked 5th and 6th according to the second stage ranking.
Knockout 2-2: The 2 losing teams of the knockout 1-3 and the 2 winning teams of the knockout 1-4 will play 30 sets of cards, divided into 3 quarters. The team ranked first among the four teams in the second stage has the right to choose opponents from the third and fourth teams. The winning team is ranked 13th and 14th relegated according to the ranking of the second stage, and the losing team is ranked 15th and 16th relegated according to the ranking of the second stage.
(3) Finals and 3, 4 play-offs.
Finals: 30 decks of cards will be played in 3 quarters.
3rd and 4th place play-offs: 20 decks of cards will be played, divided into 2 quarters.
2. Group A and B: It will be carried out in three stages.
The first stage: group single round robin, the competition method is the same as that of the A-level group.
The second stage: group crossover
One group: the 1-5 of each group in the first stage will have the VP points of the first stage, and they will compete with the 1-5 of the other group in the first stage. Each round will have 8 decks of cards. This stage will be ranked according to the accumulated VP. 11th to 20th place, 19th and 20th place are demoted.
After that, the 3rd to 6th places went to the knockout 1-1, the 7-10th place went to the knockout 1-2, the 11th-14th place went to the knockout 1-3, and the 15th-18th place went to the knockout 1-4.
The third stage: Divisional knockout

The winning team will be ranked 3rd and 4th according to the second stage ranking, and the losing team will enter the knockout 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: The 7th to 10th players in the second stage will compete with 30 decks of cards, divided into 3 quarters. The 7th-placed team has the right to choose opponents among the 9th and 10th-placed teams. The winning team entered the knockout 2-1, and the losing team was ranked 9th and 10th in the second stage to relegation.
Knockout 1-3: In the second stage, the 11th to 14th places will compete with 30 decks of cards, divided into 3 quarters. The 11th team has the right to choose opponents from the 13th and 14th teams. The winning team is ranked 11th and 12th in the second stage to relegation, and the losing team enters the knockout round 2-2.
Knockout 1-4: The 15th to 18th in the second stage will play 30 decks of cards, divided into 3 quarters. The 15th team has the right to choose opponents from the 17th and 18th teams. The winning team entered the knockout round 2-2, and the losing team was relegated to the 17th and 18th according to the second stage ranking.
(2) The second round of elimination
Knockout 2-1: The 2 losing teams of the knockout 1-1 and the 2 winning teams of the knockout 1-2 will play 30 sets of cards in 3 quarters. The team ranked first among the four teams in the second stage has the right to choose opponents among the third and fourth teams. The winning team is ranked 5th and 6th according to the second stage ranking, and the losing team is ranked 7th and 8th relegation according to the second stage ranking.
Knockout 2-2: The 2 losing teams of the knockout 1-3 and the 2 winning teams of the knockout 1-4 will play 30 sets of cards, divided into 3 quarters. The team ranked first among the four teams in the second stage has the right to choose opponents among the third and fourth teams. The winning team is ranked 13th and 14th relegated according to the second stage ranking, and the losing team is ranked 15th and 16th relegated according to the second stage ranking.
3. Group B: In two stages.
Level B: It is carried out in two stages.
The first stage: 14 rounds of points arrangement (teams of the same unit are not against each other), each round has eight decks of cards, and the ranking is ranked by cumulative VP. The first and second players are promoted, 3-6 players enter the knockout 1-1, and 7-10 players enter the knockout 1-2.
The second stage: Divisional knockout.
1. 1st round knockout
Knockout 1-1: The third-placed team in the first stage has the right to choose opponents from the 5-6-placed teams to compete with 30 decks of cards. The winning team is promoted and the losing team enters the knockout 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: The 7th-placed team in the first stage has the right to choose their opponents from the 9-10th-placed teams for 30 decks of cards. The winning team enters the knockout 2-1.
2. 2nd round knockout
Knockout 2-1: The 2 losing teams of the knockout 1-1 and the 2 winning teams of the knockout 1-2 will play 30 decks of cards. Among the 4 teams, the team ranked first in the first stage has the right to choose an opponent from the 3-4 teams, and the winning team is promoted.
(2) Adopt the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018.
(3) Each pair of players in Group A must prepare three copies of the "System Card", one of which must be submitted to the referee team for record before the game; each pair of players in Group B must prepare two copies of the "System Card".
Athletes must bring their own system card when going on the field.
7. Ranking admission and rewards
(1) The top 6 of the A-level group will be admitted and cash rewards will be given.
(2) All levels of competitions are awarded to the Masters of the China Bridge Association in accordance with the "Technical Grade Standards for Members of the China Bridge Association".
(3) The 15th-20th in the A-A group are demoted to the A-B group, the 1-6 in the A-B group are promoted to the A-A group, the 15-20th is demoted to the B group, and the B-group is the first 1-6 are promoted to A and B group.
8. Registration and check-in
(1) Registration
1. All member units must register on China Bridge Online before October 29, and they will be considered as abstentions after the deadline. Before the registration deadline, each team can make changes online by themselves, and remember the PIN code.
2. Event service fee: 600 yuan per team for the first class group, 500 yuan per team for the second class group. The event service fee is collected by the organizer and used to subsidize the lack of event funds.
The women's team, the students' team of universities, primary and middle schools are exempted.
3. List change: within 7 days after the registration is over, the list can be changed (including team name, increase, decrease, change of players, correction of registration errors, etc.), and later changes need to fill in the change list application form, and each change requires a handling fee of 100 yuan .

(2) Registration:
1. Competitors will report to the competition area on November 10th, and each team will report to the competition area before 18:00 on November 11th.
2. Teams that fail to register on time must contact the competition area before 18:00 on the registration day to confirm their participation. Unconfirmed teams will be treated as a waiver. If the registration is cancelled, no competition will be arranged.
9. The competition committee and the arbitration committee are selected by the Provincial Bridge Association
10. Other
(1) Each team must do a good job of prevention and control in accordance with the requirements of the new crown prevention and control work plan of the host location.
(2) There will be no team leader meeting in this competition. Please read the "Supplementary Regulations" carefully before the competition.
(3) The right to interpret this regulation belongs to the Sichuan Bridge Association.
(4) Matters not covered will be notified separately.
