1. Competition time and location


On August 21-24, 2009, the first and second division team competitions were held in Cixi City.


The C-level team competition was held in Hangzhou on November 6-9, 2009.


2. Undertaking Unit


Entrust the Cixi City Bridge Association to host the A and B team competitions, and entrust the Provincial Bridge Club to host the C team competitions.


3. Participation method


Each group member unit can register for the competition, and each team can report for 1 team leader and coach and 6 team members. Participants must be individual members of Zhejiang Bridge Association and hold an individual membership card of China Bridge Association. Each team is allowed to have 2 non-provincial members to represent the team.


Participate in the corresponding level of competition according to the results of the team members of each group to participate in the provincial bridge championship in the previous year.


Team A: Wenling City, EX Yizhijia, Huzhou Wanjia, Jiaxing Danghu, Taizhou Yuhuan Shijin, Taizhou Jingfan, Hangzhou Xizi, Zhoushan City, Jiaojiang, Wenling Second Team, Zhoushan Haishi, Zhongsheng Sports Association, Jiaxing Tianyi, provincial organs, Huzhou Second Team and Cixi City Team.


Team B: Jiaojiang 3rd Team, Hangzhou Locomotive, Quzhou Transportation, Wenzhou Ouhai, Quzhou, Taizhou Nature, Wenzhou Hengsheng, Taizhou Huangyan, Ningbo Juwei, Linhai Puma, Yuhang District, East China Institute Team, Wenzhou Ouhai 2nd Team , Jiaxing Huiyou and the 2009 county-level champion Shaoxing Zhongxia, and the second runner-up Tongxiang.


Class C team: Open registration for all member units of the group, limited to 36 teams, until the quota is full.


Participating players must bring two copies of the agreement card to the game.


Each player can only represent one team in the provincial bridge tournament.


4. Competition method


(1) Implement the 1999 "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules."


(2) The competition of the A and B teams will be divided into two stages


The first stage: the group round robin, each divided into two groups, each group has 8 teams (arranged in a serpentine form according to the results of the previous year), the round robin has 20 pairs per round, a total of seven rounds, the top seven of the group enters the second stage of the competition. Eight were directly downgraded.


The scoring method of the first stage: Arrange according to the average VP of each team, the average IMP rate and TP rate of the same team in all round-robins, the highest one is ranked first, if the same lot is still drawn to determine the ranking.


The second stage: knockout


Each round of the knockout round is 32 pairs, divided into two quarters, and the score is calculated according to IMP.


(3) Method of elimination


First Division:


The top two teams in the preliminaries of the group will conduct a cross-elimination, and 1-4 will be decided; the teams with 3-4 in the preliminaries of the group will be cross-matched, and the winning team will enter the finals of 5-6, and the losing team will be relegated; 5-6 in the preliminaries of the group will be crossed. The winning team relegation, the losing team and the winning team in the seventh place in the group preliminaries will go to the triangle match; the seventh place in the preliminary round will be relegated to the elimination team, and the winning team will participate in the triangle match; the first team in the triangle match will be relegated, The second-placed team was demoted.


Team B:


The top two teams in the preliminaries of the group will undergo a cross-elimination, and the winning team will be upgraded. The loser will compete with the 3-4 winners of the preliminaries. The winning team will be upgraded and the losing team will be relegated; the fifth place in the group preliminaries will be eliminated. The team is relegated, and the losing team is in a triangle match with the 6-7 winners in the preliminaries of the group; the 6-7 losers in the preliminaries are relegated; the first team in the triangle is relegated, and the last two teams are relegated.


The knockout matches are arranged according to the order table, and the knockout matches are not scored.


(4) The competition method of the C team


The first stage of the C team preliminaries, using 8 rounds of Swiss-system points arrangement, the serial number is determined by lottery; the second stage is to admit the top six preliminaries to participate in the round robin. The number of cards in the C team competition is more than 16 cards per round.


(5) Regulations for points in the competition


Meet in the knockout rounds, the team with the first place in the preliminary round will lead 3imp to the final; if the imp is the same in the final, the team with the first place in the preliminary round will be the winner.


For the C-level team, 30% of the total VP of the team in the first stage will be brought into the next stage of the game; when the VP is the same and the ranking cannot be distinguished, the preliminaries will be ranked in the former and the top ranking.


5. Incentives and lowering of quota


Enroll the top six of the first-class team and give them rewards.


The top four teams of the B team and the top three teams of the C team will be promoted in the next year;


The last five teams in the first division and the last six teams in the second division will be demoted in the next year.


Six, registration and registration


Grade A and Grade B teams are requested to submit the registration for Grade A and Grade B teams to the Provincial Sports Bureau Competition Center and Cixi Sports Bureau Xu Xuejun (Zip Code: 315200) before July 31st, please indicate "Provincial Bridge" Registration", mobile phone 13505840947), and indicate the registration date, and report to the Bosman Hotel, Sanbei Street, Cixi City, Cixi City before 10 o'clock on August 21. The competition will start at 12:30.


Grade C teams are requested to report to the Provincial Sports Bureau Competition Center and Provincial Bridge Club in two copies of their registrations before November 1, and report to the competition area one day before the match.

Seven, funding


The registration fee for each team of the A and B teams is 500 yuan, and the board and lodging fee is 150 yuan per person per day; the registration fee for each team of the C team is 300 yuan. The board and lodging expenses of the C team shall be paid by themselves.
