2. Competition time and place:
1. Competition time: July 23-27, 2009
2. Competition venue: "Tangxun Lake Hotel" in Jiangxia District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province
3. Competition items:
Open team competition; Open double competition. According to the registration situation, it is decided whether to set up a women's double match.
4. Participation method:
(1) Number of entries:
All middle schools in the province can freely form teams in the name of the middle school to register for the competition, and the number of places is not limited.
(2) Entry conditions:
1. Participating athletes must be students of ordinary junior high schools with formal school status.
2. Participating athletes must be those who have passed the cultural examinations, abide by the relevant regulations of the school, and are in good health.
(3) Entry method:
1. Each team can report for 1 team leader, 1 coach, and 4 to 6 athletes.
2. Registration for the double match will take place during the competition.
3. Participation funds are implemented in accordance with the national expenditure standards related to current sports competitions. Each team pays RMB 70 per person per day for board and lodging at the time of registration. The travel expenses are borne by themselves.
5. Competition method:
(1) The competition implements the Chinese Bridge Competition Rules approved by the China Bridge Association and the "Chinese Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge Judgment Method (Trial)".
(2) The competition strictly implements the regulations on handling violations of Chinese middle school students' sports competitions.
(3) The competition is presided over by the competition team and the chief referee to draw lots.
(4) Competition method:
It will be divided into two stages: the preliminary and the final.
Preliminaries: 6 rounds of Swiss shifts without groups, 12 decks of cards in each round, no quarters. Accumulate according to VP to determine the ranking.
Finals: The top 8 teams in the preliminaries will get points for 3 knockout rounds. Each round has 24 decks of cards, divided into upper and lower quarters. Press 1-8, 4-5, 3-6, 2-7 to automatically align.
The 8th-placed teams in the preliminary rounds will have 4 rounds of Swiss shifts with 12 decks of cards in each round. Accumulate according to VP to determine the ranking.

2. Registration: All participating teams shall report to the competition area before 4 pm on July 23, 2009. The team leader meeting will be held at 4 pm, and the first round of competition will be held at 7 pm.

4. Bus route:
Take the 715 or 590 air-conditioned bus from Hankou Railway Station to Fujiapo, then transfer to 901 to get off at Wuhan University of Science and Technology Zhongnan Branch
Take 907 from Wuchang Railway Station to the hotel directly. Take 907, 903, or 901 at Fujiapo Long-distance Bus Station.
6. Rewards:
(1) The top 8 winners will be rewarded and awarded with certificates.
(2) The top 4 players in the Swiss Shift Competition will be rewarded and awarded with certificates.
(3) The top 6 players in the double match will be rewarded and awarded with certificates.
7. The method for the selection of referees and the arbitration committee shall be formulated separately.
