3. Participating Units


The old sports associations of all cities and states, the sports associations of provincial organs, the old sports associations of all provincial industry systems and the bridge project committees of the provincial old sports associations, large enterprises and institutions above the provincial level, and related units.


Four, time and place


It will be held in Guang'an Gymnasium from November 24 to 28, 2020.


5. Competition items


Open four-player team competition.


6. Participation method


(1) The participating athletes are 55 years old for men and 50 to 75 years old for women. The place of residence of each athlete must be from the city or state represented (subject to the original address of the second-generation ID card).


(2) Each team reports 1 team leader (coach) and 4-6 players. The team leader (coach) can also serve as an athlete, but must meet the athlete’s age requirement and be indicated at the time of registration.


 (3) The epidemic prevention and control work of this competition should refer to the "Notice of Sichuan Provincial Sports Bureau and Sichuan Provincial Health and Health Commission on Doing a Good Job in the Prevention and Control of the New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic of the Province's Youth Sports Competitions and Activities in 2020" (Chuan Tifa [2020] No. 19) Implementation, the organizer must do a good job in the event declaration and epidemic prevention and control during the game as required, and each representative team must carefully do the epidemic prevention and control work in accordance with the regulations to ensure safety.


Seven, competition method


(1) The competition is in accordance with the latest "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" issued by the China Bridge Association, and scores are based on the 20:0 system.


(2) The competition adopts the points arrangement system, with 10 rounds, 12 pairs per round, 4 rounds per day, no quarters.


(3) Each contestant shall prepare 2 copies of the "Agreement Card" for the competition.


8. Incentives


Enroll the top 8 teams by team and give them rewards.


A sportsmanship award is set up to be awarded to a team that implements the purpose of the conference, abides by the rules of the conference, and demonstrates good sportsmanship.


Nine, registration, registration


Each unit will print out the unified registration form (handwritten registration form is not accepted), and send it to the mailboxes of Guang'an Old Sports Association and Provincial Sports Association in duplicate before October 30.


Participation in the competition is based on the principle of my own voluntariness and the support of relatives. Before the competition, personal accident injury insurance, sudden acute illness death insurance and additional accident medical insurance must be applied. Each representative team shall strictly control the health status of the team members and strengthen management. If an accidental injury occurs during the game, it shall be personally responsible, and the representative team shall be responsible for handling it.


All teams will report to Guang'an City on November 24 (the specific location will be notified separately). Upon registration, submit the "Voluntary Participation Responsibility Letter" signed by me, my original second-generation ID card (copy and other documents are invalid) and insurance policy.


10. Referee


The chief and deputy referees and key referees are hired by the organizer, and the other referees are selected by the organizer.


11. Arbitration Committee


The composition and requirements of the Arbitration Commission shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations of the Arbitration Commission.


12. Funds and others


Each team is responsible for its own expenses, and the standard of board and lodging arranged by the conference is 220 yuan per person per day, which will be paid at the time of registration.


13. The right to explain and modify this regulation belongs to the organizer. Matters not notice.
