1. Introduction
(1) Event name: "National Fitness, Vigorous China" and "China Bridge Association 40th Anniversary" National Bridge Network Communication Competition Final
(2) Competition time: From November to December 2020, the competition period is 10 days
(3) The scale of the event: 400 people.
(4) Funding support: The chess and card center has a special fund of 150,000 yuan, and the insufficient part shall be raised and solved by the organizer itself
(5) Competition item: network individual competition
2. Specific conditions and requirements of the bidder
(1) Qualification requirements: A legal entity with the ability to independently assume civil liabilities, and a unit with experience in hosting relevant events and fulfilling the agreement under the same conditions is preferred.
(2) Platform requirements: There is an online competition platform that meets the needs of the competition.
(3) Personnel requirements: A team of contestants who can meet the demands of the competition.
(4) Propaganda requirements
Invite no less than 5 news media to report on the event and related activities, including no less than 3 national media, and the total number of reports shall not be less than 10.
(5) The undertaking unit shall bear the following expenses:
1. To bear the participation costs of all participating athletes (400 people);
2. To bear the labor costs of referees and technicians (5 people), journalists (2 people) and match support staff dispatched by the organizer (standards are determined by the organizer);
3. To undertake the use, promotion and other expenses of the online competition platform required to complete the contracting work.
4 In accordance with the competition rules, reward participants who have obtained the corresponding ranking in the monthly competition (the list is provided by the organizer), and reward the participants who have obtained the winning position in the finals.
5. Other expenses required for organizing the competition.
3. Application materials to be submitted in writing for hosting the event:
(1) Qualification certificate: a copy of the legal person registration certificate.
(2) Competition application form: (see attachment).
(3) Quotation of contracting costs, budget and funding support.
(4) Description of the competition platform.
(5) Description of previous experience in holding relevant competitions.
(6) Event promotion plan.
4. Deadline for submission of application materials: 17:00, October 28, 2020.
5. Review and publicity of the bidding unit
After the event organizer receives the materials, it will review and evaluate the event bidding materials. If the conditions are met, the association will adopt it and publish it on the Internet, and the publicity time shall not be less than 5 working days.
Sixth, sign the event cooperation agreement
After the announcement, the organizer of the event and the bidding unit negotiate events related to the event, agree on the standards and conditions of the event, and sign an event cooperation agreement.
