Supplementary Notice for the Second Station of the 15th Hangzhou Bridge League (Gongshu District)

The second leg of the 15th Hangzhou Bridge League will be hosted by Gongshu District. The relevant matters of the competition are now notified as follows:


1. Competition time: November 7-8, 2020


2. Venue: 3rd Floor, Cultural Center, No. 55 Beicheng Street, Gongshu District, Hangzhou


3. Registration:


1. Xihu District, Gongshu District, City Bridge Association, Xiacheng District, Shangcheng District, Fuyang District, Binjiang District, Yuhang District, Jianggan District, Xiaoshan District.


2. Hangzhou bridge enthusiasts can freely form a team to participate.


3. At least 4 of all participating teams are members of Hangzhou Bridge Association.


4. Participants need to report the list of entries before October 31: Gongshu District Sports Bureau and Hangzhou Bridge Association. At the same time, the Hangzhou Bridge Association can register online in the local organization of China Bridge Online, or search the WeChat applet "AI Move Hangzhou" to participate in the registration. 5. Registration fee: 500 yuan per team for urban teams, 300 yuan per team for fans in Hangzhou, please hand in the competition area when you register. Junior teams (students) are free of registration fees.


4. Competition procedure:


1. Each pair of players must bring two copies of the paper system card to the table for the opponent's inspection. Carrying a system card stored in the form of an electronic document is deemed to be uncarried, and its content is for reference only.


2. The screen is used in the competition. All conventions must be reminded on both sides of the screen. Inquiries and explanations should be written in writing. If the writing method is not used, no protection will be provided for losses caused by deviations or misunderstandings that cannot be determined responsibility due to communication problems during the course of inquiry and explanation.


3. The game uses electronic information collection equipment to score points. Players must check the scores before they can leave the table. Otherwise, the score will not be increased except for obvious banker errors.


5. Competition time:


(1) Time limit for playing: All players must be seated 5 minutes before the start of the game to prepare for the game. Be late to implement Article 21 of the Rules.


(2) Game time limit: 10 decks of cards, 1 hour and 20 minutes


16 decks of cards 2 hours 15 minutes


(3) By the time limit for the game, all cards that have not been bid will be cancelled, and the time limit for cards that have been bid is 5 minutes. At the same time, the overtime penalty will be imposed in accordance with relevant rules. After the timeout period is reached, the game will be stopped, and adjustment points will be awarded for uncompleted cards.


Six, with points:


In the second stage of the competition, the total victory points arrangement does not carry points; the additional points arrangement carries 30% of the qualifying VP


7. Discipline and etiquette:


(1) Players must turn off their mobile communication tools to enter the arena. In the event of a violation of the regulations, the opponent should call a referee immediately.


(2) Smoking is prohibited in and around the competition venue.


(3) It is forbidden to discuss the cards that have been played with others and make loud noises in the playing field during the game.


8. Registration:


All participating teams will report to the competition area before 11:30 am on November 7. The youth group will report to the competition area before 8:30 am on November 8.
