Supplementary Notice of the China Bridge Association on the 2020 National Bridge Class A Club Network Competition (Finals)
The following is a supplementary notice regarding the relevant matters of the 2020 National Bridge Class A Club Network Competition (Finals):
1. Competition time
November 18-24, 2020
2. Competition venue
Loudong Hotel, Taicang City, Jiangsu Province
3. Registration
(1) All participating athletes must be individual members of the China Bridge Association and be registered athletes of the China Bridge Association at the same time. The qualifications of athletes participating in the finals are subject to the registration of the club in 2020.
(2) The top four clubs in the total scores of the sub-stations can register for 1 team, and each team can report for 1 team leader, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes.
(3) Each club must complete the registration on the Bridge.com event topic before November 10, and send the electronic version of the registration form to the mailbox of the competition area.

(4) Registration fee: 5000 yuan/team, collected on site by the organizer, and used to subsidize insufficient competition funds.
(5) System Card
All participating teams must send the electronic version of their Chinese system cards and their attached pages to ccba@sport.gov.cn at the same time when registering. Teams that have not submitted their system cards will not accept their registration. The China Bridge Association will send the received system cards to the teams that have already handed in the system cards by e-mail.
(6) Dress code
The teams participating in the finals must dress in accordance with the first-class dress code in the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules".
(7) According to the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Epidemics in National Bridge Events" and local epidemic prevention requirements, all personnel (including team leaders, coaches, athletes, staff, etc.) who come to Taicang must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within one week before they can participate. The "Health Code" green code access system is implemented, and all staff from Taitai must download the "Sukang Code" and declare truthfully after receiving the supplementary notice. The organizer has the right to decline the participation of athletes from high-risk areas.
(8) In accordance with the requirements for the prevention and control of the epidemic situation in the competition area, all units are requested to register strictly in accordance with the requirements of the participation method in the competition rules, and no over-booking is allowed.
Four, check in
(1) The participating teams will report to the competition area on November 17th.
(2) Check-in location: Loudong Hotel, Taicang (No. 6, Xianfu Street, Chengxiang Town, Taicang City), Tel: 0512-53712068.
(3) When registering, each team must submit the “Negative Nucleic Acid Test Certificate within a Week”, “Health Declaration Form” and “Pandemic Prevention and Control Commitment” to the conference for inspection, and check that the “Su Kang Code” is a green code , Otherwise it will not be entered.
5. Board, lodging and transportation
(1) Accommodation (According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, this event will be arranged to stay in Loudong Hotel)
1. VIP building: single and standard rooms: 400 yuan/room (single room single breakfast, double room double breakfast).
2. Building No. 7: Single and standard rooms: 300 yuan/room (single room with single breakfast, double room with double breakfast).

(2) Lunch and dinner: take care of yourself.
(3) Transportation
1. There are high-speed railway stations in Taicang: Taicang Station and Taicang South Station, which are about 12 kilometers and 8 kilometers away from Loudong Hotel;
2. Taicang is 60 kilometers away from Shanghai Railway Station, 45 kilometers from Hongqiao Airport (High Speed Rail Station), nearly 100 kilometers from Pudong Airport, and 60 kilometers from Suzhou Railway Station. Hongqiao Airport (High Speed Rail Station), Shanghai Railway Station and Suzhou Railway Station all have shuttle buses to Taicang.
If you need to pick up at the Taicang Bus Station, please inform the competition area one day in advance. If you need to pick up directly from Shanghai and other places, please send a fax to the competition area 5 days in advance. The expenses are at your own expense.
