1. Competition date and location:
It was held in Beijing Ditan Gymnasium from October 4th to 8th, 2009.

6. Competition items:
(1) Open groups
(2) Open double
7. Participation method:
(1) Each team can report for 1 team leader and coach, and 4-6 athletes.
(2) Among the athletes of each team, no more than 2 players have participated in the National Bridge A Club League in 2009.
(3) Female athletes are not restricted in participating.
(4) Each team shall pay for the participation fee.
8. Competition method:
(1) Open team competition. There are two stages.
The first stage: using the Swiss system, a total of 10 rounds of competition, each round of 10 decks of cards.
The second stage: Admission of the top 15 teams in the first stage of VP total scores enters the second stage of the elimination round, the serial numbers are 2-16, and the sponsor directly enters the second stage of the elimination round, the number is the first team. The top-ranked teams can select the next-ranked teams as their opponents in the knockout rounds.
1. In the first round, the team ranked No. 1-8 will play a 32-decks double-elimination match in the winning zone, and the team ranked Nos. 9-16 will play a single-elimination play-off match with 24 cards in the losing area.
2. From the second round, the 4 losing teams in the winning zone will enter the losing zone and the 4 winning teams in the losing zone will play a knockout match with 24 cards, and the 4 teams in the winning zone will play a knockout match with 32 cards.
3. The 4 winning teams in the third round of the losing zone will play a knockout round of 24 cards, and the 2 losing teams will be ranked 7th and 8th in this competition according to the ranking of the first stage.
4. The fourth round of the elimination match in the losing zone is played in the second round between the 2 teams in the winning zone and the 2 winning teams in the losing zone. 24 decks of cards are played. The loser is scheduled according to the ranking of the first stage. The 5th and 6th place in this competition.
5. In the fourth round, the two winning teams from the losing zone will play a 24 deck knockout round. The losing team finished fourth in this competition. The winning team and the losing team in the third knockout round of the winning zone will play a 24 card elimination round.
6. In the fifth round, the winning team from the losing zone and the team from the winning zone will play the championship and runner-up finals with 64 decks of cards.
7. The game of 24 decks and 32 decks is divided into 2 sections, and the game of 64 decks is divided into 4 sections.
(2) Open double match. The game points system is adopted. The preliminaries are 2 quarters, the semi-finals are 1 quarter, and the finals are 1 quarter. The ranking will be determined according to the cumulative scoring rate. Take 1/2 of the preliminary rounds to enter the semi-finals, and take 1/2 of the semi-finals to enter the finals.
(3) The competition adopts the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association and the "China Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge Judgment Method (Trial)".
(4) Each pair of players bring 2 copies of the agreed card, which will be brought to the table during the game.
Nine. Ranking admission and reward methods:
(1) Open team competition: the top eight will be awarded with a total of 155,000 yuan.
First place: 80,000 yuan Second place: 30,000 yuan
Third place: 15,000 yuan Fourth place: 10,000 yuan
Fifth place: 8000 yuan Sixth place: 6000 yuan
Seventh place: 4000 yuan Eighth place: 2000 yuan
(2) Open double competition: the top eight will be awarded with a total of 24,400 yuan.
First place: 8,000 yuan Second place: 5,000 yuan
Third place: 4000 yuan Fourth place: 3000 yuan
Fifth place: 2000 yuan Sixth place: 1000 yuan
Seventh place: 800 yuan Eighth place: 600 yuan
10. Registration and check-in:
(1) Registration:
1. All registrations must be downloaded from the Beijing Bridge Association Activity Center website (www.bblabc.cn), and then emailed to: bjguyi@yahoo.cn.
2. The registration deadline is September 15th, and the number of registration teams is limited to 64 teams.
3. Registration fee: 800 yuan/team for the open team competition. The registration fee should be remitted to No. 59, Foreign Ministry Street, Dongdan, Dongcheng District, Beijing, payee: Gu Yi, post code: 100005; or transfer through ICBC, Otherwise, registration will not be accepted.
4. The additional registration fee for the double match preliminaries is 200 yuan/pair, and the semi-finals and finals are both 100 yuan/pair. The deadline for this registration is 20:00 on October 5th.

The referee will report one day before the match and the participating teams will report half a day before the match.
