Supplementary notice on the 2009 National Bridge Club Championships

Bridge clubs:


The 2009 National Bridge Club Championships will be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province from September 19th to 26th. The relevant matters of the competition are hereby notified as follows:


1. Registration


(1) Clubs registered with the China Bridge Association before this year are allowed to participate in this competition.


(2) For athletes who participated in the 2009 Bridge Athlete Registration, their representative qualifications shall be subject to the clubs registered in 2009.


(3) Each participating club must send one copy of the registration form to the China Bridge Association and the competition area before September 9.


(4) Registration fee: 800 yuan/team, which will be handed over to the competition area when registering, otherwise the competition will not be accepted.

    3. Board and lodging


(1) The location of the competition venue: the first-level and second-level teams are played at Hangzhou Days Hotel, and the C team are arranged at the Days Hotel and Yuanzheng 150 Hotel respectively.


(2) Accommodation: Days Hotel Hangzhou can provide 90 three-star standard rooms (190 yuan/day), 170 four-star standard rooms (220 yuan/day); Yuanzheng 150 Hotel can provide economical (three Star-rated) 100 standard rooms (170 yuan/day). Both hotels include breakfast and free broadband internet access (the distance between the two hotels is about 100 meters).


(3) Meals: The buffet is 45 yuan per person per meal.


(4) Due to limited rooms, contestants are required to book rooms in advance, and those who book first have priority.

Four, check in


(1) Check-in location: The sports team shall check-in at the hotel where they are determined to live respectively, and the competition referees, arbitration committee and other staff shall check-in at the Days Hotel Hangzhou.


(2) Each team will register on September 18.


(3) The referees and arbitrators of the competition shall report before September 17.


5. Transportation


(1) From the East Bus Station to the hotel, you can take buses 502, 56, 31, 516 and get off at Zhalongkou Xincun Station. After getting off the bus, go west and turn left at the Kaixuan intersection;


(2) From South Bus Station to the hotel, you can take Bus 44 and get off at Shuangling Road North Exit, then transfer to Bus 40 and get off at Kaixuan Road North Exit Station.


(3) Train City Station: Take bus 528 and get off at the north exit of Kaixuan Road.


(4) East Railway Station: Take bus No. 28, 33, 31, 516 and get off at Zhanongkou Xincun Station, walk west to Kaixuan intersection and turn left.


(5) Xiaoshan Airport: Take a civil aviation bus and get off at the railway station, then transfer to Bus No. 528 and get off at Kaixuan Road Beikou Station.


(6) You can bring your own car from the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Yong Expressway to the Pengbu Exit of Hangzhou City. After passing the toll station, head towards the urban area on Yangenshan East Road, drive west to Kaixuan Road and turn left.
