Decided to hold the first "Tianyi Cup" Fuzhou City Leaders Bridge Tournament. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Competition time and place
The first "Tianyi Cup" Fuzhou City Leading Cadre Bridge Tournament is scheduled to be held from October 17th to 18th, 2009 in the Fuzhou Telecom Building.
2. Participants and units
Leading cadres who love bridge at the department level and above in the municipal units.
3. Competition method
1. Team competition. Use the Swiss system shift game. A total of 5 rounds, each with 8 decks of cards.
2. Double match, using Mitchell system shift match.
Four, incentives
1. Team competition, reward the top three teams.
2. In the double match, the top three players in the east-west group and the north-south group will be rewarded.
3. According to the "Technical Grade Standards for Members of the China Bridge Association", report to the China Bridge Association to award the China Bridge Association Masters of Bridge Points to those who have achieved excellent results.
5. All fees are waived for the competition.
6. Registration and registration time
1. Registration time: Registration starts today. Each team can register for 4-6 players in the team competition. There is no limit to the same unit in the double competition. You can form pairs by yourself. Deadline for registration: October 15, 2009.
