3. Competition date and location:


Competition date: October 14-21, 2009


Competition location: Wuhan Naval University of Engineering "Jianghailou Hotel" (Shuangdun Jianshe Avenue, Hankou)


4. Participants: Freely form a team (pair) to sign up.


5. Entry method:


1. Each team can report 1 team leader (coach), 4-6 players, and the participating players must be individual members of the China Bridge Association.


2. Registration fee:


(1) Open team competition: 200 yuan per team


(2) Mixed team competition: 100 yuan per team


(3) Mixed double match: 50 yuan per pair


(4) Women's double match: 50 yuan per pair


(5) Open double match: 50 yuan per pair


(6) Youth team competition: free.


3. Players who sign up for the youth team competition must be born after January 1, 1984.


4. The board and lodging expenses are 120 yuan per person per day, and the travel expenses are borne by themselves.


6. Competition method:


1. Open team competition: It will be conducted in two stages. Preliminaries: A single round-robin competition is divided into two groups, 3 rounds a day, 16 decks of cards in each round, ranked according to the cumulative ranking of VP, and the top 4 of the 2 groups will enter the knockout competition. Finals: The top 4 of the two groups will have 3 rounds of eliminations according to A1-B4, B2-A3, A2-B3, and B1-A4. Each round is divided into two quarters and 32 decks of cards. The remaining teams compete in 5 rounds of Swiss shifts, each with 16 decks of cards. The losing team in the second round of the knockout round brought 18 VP into the Swiss shift match.


2. Mixed team competition, youth team competition: depends on the number of participating teams. In principle, the Swiss shift or round-robin competition is played. There are 8 decks of cards in each round, 6 rounds are performed, and the ranking is determined according to the cumulative VP.


3. Mixed doubles, women's doubles, and open doubles: depending on the number of participating pairs, in principle, there will be two mixed doubles and women's doubles. The ranking is determined according to the accumulated points of the competition. There are two preliminaries for the Open Doubles and one for the final.


7. Admission rankings and rewards:


1. The top 6 players in the open team competition will be rewarded.


The top 4 players in the Swiss shift competition will be rewarded;


2. The top 6 players will be rewarded in the open double competition;


3. Admissions for other competitions will be determined according to the number of participants.


4. The national bridge master points will be awarded according to the proportion of 1/3 of the number of teams (pairs).


8. Registration and check-in:


1. All participating teams must send their name list to the Hubei Provincial Bridge Association before October 10, 2009.

The participating teams will report to Wuhan Naval Engineering University "Jianghailou Hotel" (Shuangdun, Jianshe Avenue, Hankou) on October 14, 2009. The team leader will meet at 4 pm, and at 7 pm, the first round of the open team-style preliminaries.

1) Take No. 10 at Wuchang Railway Station to Qingnian Road and transfer to No. 506/550/560/597/70/808 (Outer Ring) and get off at Shuangdun, which is just across the road.


2) At Wuchang Railway Station, take No. 222/556 to Erqiao Road, transfer to 710 and get off at Shuangdun, turn left and go 100 meters.


3) Take 741 at Hankou Railway Station and get off at Shuangdun, turn left and go 100 meters.


4) Take No. 802 at Xinhua Road Coach Station and get off at Shuangdun, just across the road.


5) Take 701 at Fujiapo Long-distance Bus Station and get off at Shuangdun, turn left and go ahead 100 meters.


9. Referees and Arbitration Committee:


1. The method for selecting referees will be determined separately;


2. The composition of the Arbitration Commission shall be implemented in accordance with the "Arbitration Commission Regulations."


10. Matters not covered will be notified separately.
