Zhejiang Bridge Association
1. Time and place: From October 30th to November 1st, 2009, it will be held in Keqiao New World Hotel, Shaoxing County.
2. Organizer: Zhejiang Bridge Association

3. Competition item: Open quadruple quarters
4. Participation method:
1. All group members can sign up for participation, limited to 24 teams (listed after receiving the list).
2. Each team can report 1 team leader (or coach) and 4-6 players.
3. All participating athletes must be members of the province and individual members of the China Bridge Association.
5. Competition method
It is divided into two stages, the first stage: group round robin, divided into three groups, 8 teams in each group. There are 16 pairs in each round of the round robin, a total of 7 rounds. The top two teams in the group and the best two teams in the three groups or the host of the group that did not enter the top three and the third place in the other two groups will be selected. The second stage of the competition.
Scoring method for the first stage:
1. According to the average VP of each team, if the organizer (host home team) fails to enter the top three of the group, it will enter the second stage directly according to the third place in the group, and the other third place will be in the other two groups. The top scorer in the third place enters the second stage of the competition.
2. If the points of different teams are the same (the average VP is the same): ①Compare the average IMP rate and TP rate of the same team in all round-robins in turn, and the higher one is ranked first. ②If it is still the same, draw lots to determine the ranking.
The second stage: knockout
In the knockout round, there are 20 pairs per game, regardless of quarters, and the results are calculated according to IMP. The losing team enters the 5-8th place, and the winning team enters the 1-4 knockout round. The knockout matches are arranged according to the order table. There are no points for the knockout.
Playoffs:
Teams that failed to enter the second stage of the round robin will participate in the Swiss system and the Swiss system. There are five rounds with 10 teams in each round. The ranking is calculated by field points and VP, and the field points are among the top rankings.
The standard for calculation of field points is: 18VP, 1.5 points per field, and 2 points per field for 21VP.
The two teams eliminated in the knockout rounds take points to enter the Swiss system, and the score standard is the same game points of the second-placed team in the Swiss system.
Each pair of players must bring the agreed card to play.
Implement the (Chinese Bridge Competition Rules) approved by the China Bridge Association in 1999.
The contest team and the chief referee preside over the lottery.
6. Admission rankings and rewards
This competition has a total prize of 16,000 yuan, rewards the top six, and the top three in the play-offs. The first place is 6,000 yuan, the second place is 3,000 yuan, the third is 2,000 yuan, and the 4th-6th places are each 1,000 yuan. The first place in the playoffs is 800 yuan, and the 2-3 places are each 600 yuan. The participating teams are ranked 1-24 according to the results of the competition, laying the foundation for the next year's group competition with a deceleration system.
