Supplementary Notice for the Online Bridge Championship (Finals)
Each team:
The following is a supplementary notice on the relevant matters of the 2020 "Zhonghe Baosang" Cup Silk Road City Network Bridge Championship Finals:
1. Competition time
December 2-5, 2020
2. The venue of the competition
Rainbow Hall, 2nd Floor, Dongwu New Century Grand Hotel, Wuxing District, Huzhou City
3. Registration
(1) All participating athletes must be non-payment individual members of the China Bridge Association. The team with the first place in the quarter-finals in each city will participate in the finals on behalf of the region. If the first team is unable to participate, the qualifications will be filled from the second and third teams in the rematch. If all participating teams in a certain competition area abstain, the organizing committee will invite other city teams to participate.
(2) If the teams that have confirmed their registrations abstain without reason, they will cancel their qualifications to participate in the competition held by the China Bridge Association for one year.
(3) Each team can report 1 coach and 4-6 athletes. The list of athletes participating in the finals shall be mainly athletes participating in the semi-finals. The semi-final and final athletes are allowed to adjust up to a maximum of two people based on the preliminary list (including Add, replace).
(4) Each team must complete the registration on the Bridge.com event topic before November 26, and send the electronic version of the registration form to the mailbox of the China Bridge Association and the competition area.

(5) Fees: Registration fees are waived for the finals. Each team shall pay for the transportation, board and lodging fees, and the organizing committee can arrange accommodation on its behalf.
(6) System card
Each team must send the electronic version of the Chinese system card and attached pages of all the team's playing partners to ccba@sport.gov.cn when registering. Teams that have not submitted their system card will not accept their registration.
(7) According to the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Epidemics in National Bridge Events" and local epidemic prevention requirements, all participants (including team leaders, coaches, athletes, staff, etc.) must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within one week before they can participate (nucleic acid test) The cost shall be borne by the organizing committee), and implement the "health code" green code access system. The organizer has the right to decline the participation of athletes from high-risk areas.
Four, check in
(1) Each team will report to the competition area on December 1.

(3) At the time of registration, each team must submit the “Negative Nucleic Acid Test Certificate within a Week”, the inspection invoice and the “Pandemic Prevention and Control Commitment” to the conference for inspection, and check the green code, otherwise the competition and reimbursement will not be accepted.
Five, the team leader meeting
The pre-match team leader meeting will be held at 20:30 on December 1 at the venue hotel. The specific location will be notified separately. Each team will send one team leader or coach to participate.
Six, accommodation and transportation
(1) Accommodation: The organizing committee can book the following hotels at an agreed price:
1. New Century Grand Hotel (Sports Field Hotel, 5 stars), 450 yuan/standard room (double breakfast), 490 yuan/single room (double breakfast), check-in in the lobby on the 1st floor of the left tower.
2. New Century Mingting Hotel (4 stars, opposite to the stadium hotel, about 30 meters away), 380 yuan / standard room (double breakfast), 430 yuan / single room (double breakfast), check-in on the 25th floor of the right tower.
Due to the shortage of housing at the end of the year, Kaiyuan Hotel needs to book in advance. Please book as soon as possible after confirming the itinerary so that the organizing committee can reserve rooms.

(2) Transportation
1. Self-driving: Navigate to Dongwu New Century Grand Hotel, Wuxing District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
2. High-speed rail: High-speed rail from various places to Huzhou Station, when exiting the station, choose the channel in the direction of "Wuxing District" and take a taxi to Dongwu New Century Grand Hotel.
3. Aircraft:
(1) From the plane to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport, take a taxi directly to Dongwu New Century Grand Hotel in Wuxing District, Huzhou City (about 100 minutes), the taxi fare is about 410 yuan; you can also arrange a chartered car on your behalf, the cost is 350 yuan for a 5-seater car (Actually can take 4 people), 7-seater car is 500 yuan (actually can take 6 people).
(2) By plane to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport, take the airport bus to Hangzhou East Station (about 50 minutes), or take a taxi to Hangzhou East Station (about 40 minutes), then transfer to the high-speed rail to Huzhou Station (about 20 minutes).
(3) From the plane to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, transfer to the high-speed rail to Huzhou Station (about 2 hours); or transfer to the high-speed rail to Hangzhou East Station (about 1 hour), then transfer to Huzhou Station (about 20 minutes).
