1. Purpose of the competition


Enrich the sports and cultural life of administrative leaders, promote exchanges, improve the level of bridge sports, and promote the development of national fitness sports in our city.


2. Competition time and location:


Competition time: October 16 to October 18, 2009


Competition location: Taizhou City Garden Villa (Kangping Road, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City)


Registration time: 16:00-17:00, October 16, 2009


Team leader meeting time: 17:00-17:30, October 16, 2009


Game start time: 18:30, October 16, 2009


3. Organizers and Undertaking Units


Sponsor: Taizhou Bridge Association


Organizers: Taizhou Straight Bridge Association, China Mobile Taizhou Branch


4. Entry method


1. Team members are organized as a team to participate in the Bridge Association. Each team can report 4 to 6 athletes and 1 team leader.


2. The qualifications of the participating athletes must be a leading cadre above the deputy department level (county-owned deputy bureau level), and cross-county (city) team registration is allowed.


3. One of the 4 players of each team on the field is allowed to replace temporarily (but the replacement must have never participated in the Taizhou Class A competition, otherwise the team will be judged for each deck of cards in the current round. Point 1 IMP).


4. The number of participating teams of each group member Bridge Association is limited to one team, and the number of participating teams is limited to 12 in principle, until the registration is full (the registration time shall prevail).


5. Competition method:


1. Team-style team competition, single round-robin system.


2. Implement the "Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association.


Six, reward methods:


1. A reward system is implemented for each game. The winning team will be rewarded 200 yuan per game (based on IMP), and each team will get 100 yuan for a tie.


2. The top six teams will be rewarded, and the top three teams will be given trophies.


Seven, other matters:


1. Participants are requested to fax the list of entries to Kong Zhaochun before October 10, contact us at 88830280, fax 88831293, mobile phone 13606686302, please write the name of the participant, gender, unit, job title, mobile phone number in the entry list, and write Specify the number of rooms that need to be accommodated.


2. Each team is responsible for the transportation and accommodation fees (standard room 260 yuan/room, day) of the contestants, and each contestant must pay 100 yuan for the entry fee.


3. All other expenses shall be borne by the contractor.
