"Wonderful in Wo·China Unicom Cup" 2009 Hunan Province Bridge League Two Competition Rules
1. Organizers, sponsors, and undertakers
The competition is sponsored by the Hunan Bridge Association, sponsored by China United Network Communications Co., Ltd. Loudi Branch, and undertaken by the Loudi Bridge Association.
2. Competition date and location
It will be held in Loudi Hotel, Loudi City from November 6th (Friday) to 8th, 2009.
3. Competition items
Open team-style competitions (both male and female teams or mixed male and female teams can participate).
4. Qualifications of participating units and team members
Any unit that has not participated in the Provincial Bridge A League in 2009 can sign up (the women's team is not subject to this restriction), but players who have participated in the Provincial Bridge A League in 2009 can no longer participate in this competition.
5. Competition method
Depending on the number of teams, the Swiss shift or round robin (including group round robin) will be used.
6. Admission Ranking
The top 6 were promoted to the Hunan Province A team.
Seven, registration, registration
1. The name list of each participating unit should be sent to Provincial Bridge Association, No. 36, Tiyuguan Road, Kaifu District, Changsha City, Zip Code: 410008, before October 26, 2009.
2. Each team can report 1 team leader and coach and 6 team members.
3. Each team should report to the stadium at 11:00 on November 6, 2009 to participate in the team leader meeting. The game starts at 14:30.
8. Economic Expenses
1. All the funds and accommodation of each team are self-care, and the organizer can provide services for the boarding and lodging arrangements of each team (standard room 120-200 yuan, meal cost 70 yuan·person/day).
2. Each team must pay the 2009 Provincial Bridge Association group membership fee of 800 yuan and the competition registration fee of 200 yuan (total of 1,000 yuan), both of which are paid at the time of registration.
Nine, other
1. The referees of this competition are appointed by the Provincial Bridge Association.
2. The agreed card shall be made in duplicate for each pair of players, which shall be filled out accurately, completely and clearly, and brought to the playing field.
