In order to further promote the extensive and in-depth development of the nationwide fitness activities of municipal organs in Beijing and enrich the spare-time lives of cadres and employees, the municipal organ union will jointly hold the "Sunshine Xinlong Cup" with the Beijing Bridge Association from November 21st to 28th. Beijing Municipal Organ Bridge Level Competition. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Competition time and place:
The competition is divided into two stages: preliminaries and finals.
1. Preliminary time:
Group A: November 21, 2009 (Saturday) 12:00-19:00
Group B: November 22, 2009 (Sunday) 12:00-19:00
2. Final time:
November 28, 2009 (Saturday) 9:00-17:50
3. Competition venue: Beijing Bridge Association Activity Center (Address: 1st Floor, Area B, Wansheng Business Hall, No. 120 Xiaoguan Street, Huayuan Road, Haidian District, and the traffic route map is attached.
2. Participation method:
1. Each unit is limited to 1-2 teams, and all participants must be official employees of the unit;
2. If each team has bureau-level leaders participating in the competition, their partners are allowed to be employees of outside units, but they should be noted when registering;
3. Each team pays a registration fee of 300 yuan at a time.
3. Competition method:
1. This competition uses the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association and the "China Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge Judgment Law".
2. This competition is a team competition. Each team can report 1 leader and coach and 4-6 athletes.
3. The competition is divided into two stages, the preliminaries and the finals, both of which adopt the Swiss shift system.
4. The preliminaries will be divided into two groups, A and B, depending on the registration situation.
5. The preliminaries will be held in 5 rounds, with 10 decks of cards in each round, ranked according to VP points, and the top 14 of each group will enter the finals.
6. Finals: 28 teams will compete in 5 rounds of Swiss competition, with 10 decks of cards in each round, ranked according to VP. The top 12 are the first-class teams and the last 16 are the second-tier teams.
7. From this competition, the promotion system will be adopted.
4. Reward method:
1. The top six in the finals will be awarded trophies, prizes and certificates of A or B;
2. This competition declares the master points of the Chinese Bridge Association according to the "Technical Grade Standards for Chinese Bridge Association Members".
5. Registration method:
All participating units are requested to register and pay the fees at the Beijing Bridge Association before November 18 (Wednesday).
