1. Competition time and location:

Time: January 2, 2021

Venue: Shanxi Provincial Senior Citizens Sports Association Bridge Activity Room (Taiyuan City Xiqu Road 20, the southeast corner of the courtyard of the Yuebin Hotel, the second floor of the tennis hall)

3. Purpose of the competition and methods of participation:

Purpose: Improve card skills, enhance friendship, meet friends with cards, and get together to welcome the new.

Method: Due to epidemic prevention and control requirements and venue restrictions, the organizing committee will invite 8 teams to participate. There is no registration fee for the competition. Teams that accept the invitation, please register with the Organizing Committee before December 25, 2020 (If you fail to report within the time limit, you will be deemed to have given up the competition). Each team can report for 1 team leader and 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes. The same team member can only represent one team.

4. Competition item: Open team competition

5. Competition method:

1. Computer prefabricated game cards are used throughout the game. Seven rounds of single round-robin competitions are used. The organizer of each team's team number is determined according to the order of registration. Each round has 8 cards, calculated as 20:0 VP, and each team's results are ranked by cumulative VP. The highest scorer is the champion.

2. The squadron number in the round table is the home team in the former, the home team sits north and south in the open room, and sits east and west in the closed room.

   3. Participants must be seated 3 minutes before the start of the game. The game time is 60 minutes for every 8 decks of cards. Within 10 minutes after the end of each round, the winning team shall submit the score sheet signed by both parties to the score table in duplicate.

4. Implement the "China Bridge Competition Rules" and the "Supplementary Regulations of China Bridge Competition Rules" (2020) approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018.

   6. Epidemic prevention and control measures

1. All participants must strictly implement the relevant government regulations on epidemic prevention and control, bring their own masks and provide health codes throughout the process.

2. Before the competition, the organizing committee shall conduct temperature checks on the participants. Participants shall not conceal fever and other illnesses. Players with abnormal body temperature are not allowed to participate in the competition.

3. The competition is closed management, irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter.

  4. Strict disposal procedures. During the competition, if any suspected cases are found in contestants and staff, timely isolation, delivery, evacuation, cleaning and disinfection, investigation and tracking, etc. shall be done.

Seven, incentives

1. The top 3 prizes and trophies will be awarded, the first place is 1,200 yuan, the second place is 1,000 yuan, and the third place is 800 yuan.

2. In the last two games of the competition, there will be a winning prize. The winning team will be awarded 100 yuan, and the two teams will be awarded 50 yuan each.

2. For members of the China Bridge Association who have won the rankings, the organizer is responsible for applying for the China Bridge Association and applying for the award of Master points to the China Bridge Association.

8. Arena discipline

All participating players must compete in a friendly, harmonious, healthy, civilized and fair atmosphere, and must:

   1. Be civilized and polite, and you must be neat and tidy when entering the arena.

   2. Take good care of the facilities in the arena. No loud noises are allowed in the competition venue and nearby areas. Please turn off your mobile phone when entering the arena, and do not smoke in non-designated areas.

   3. Respect the referee, respect the game staff, and respect the opponent.

   9. Other

   1. At noon on this competition day, the organizer will fund a unified lunch arrangement, and the organizer will fund a unified dinner arrangement in the evening.
