The third Bohai Rim City Bridge Championship was held in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province from October 14th to 16th, 2011.

1、 Competition date: October 14-16, 2011

2、 Competition venue: Nandaihe Sunshine International Convention Center (the hotel is a three-star hotel, only 20 meters away from the seaside, and the address is 7 Youyi East Road, Nandaihe Tourist Resort)

3、 Organizer: Bohai Rim City Bridge Council

4、 Competition items: open team competition, team competition

5、 Participating units

1. Open team competition: 16 representative teams from 4 districts and counties in Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai, Shijiazhuang, Qinhuangdao, Tangshan, Cangzhou, Shenyang, Dalian, Yingkou, Huludao, and Tianjin;

Each team member is required to be a provincial player.

2. Team competition: Shandong Province, Hebei Province, Liaoning Province, and Tianjin City, a total of 4 provinces (municipalities directly under the central government).

6、 Participation method:

（1） Each team can report 1 leader, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes;

（2） Each team shall bear their own participation fees.

7、 Competition method:

（1） Open team competition: conducted on a team basis in two stages

<1> Preliminary stage:

Adopting a single round robin system, teams from the same province will not meet and will play a total of 12 rounds, with 10 cards per round. The preliminary ranking will be determined based on the VP. 1-8 participants in the preliminary round will be assigned to Group A, while 9-16 participants in the preliminary round will be assigned to Group B.

<2> Final stage:

Adopting a single elimination competition system, groups A and B will compete separately.

1. Quarterfinals: The first to third place winners in each group have the right to choose their opponents from the 5th to 8th places in the same group, playing 20 pairs of cards in 2 sections. The winner enters the semi-finals and the loser enters the 5th to 8th place playoffs;

2. Semifinals: Among the four teams in each group who enter the semifinals, the team with the best preliminary results has the right to choose their opponents from the teams with the lowest preliminary results in the same group. Play 24 sets of cards in 2 sections, with the winner advancing to the final and the loser advancing to the playoffs of 3rd and 4th place;

3. Finals: Each group of finals will play 36 sets of cards in 3 sections, with the winner being the champion and the loser being the runner up;

4.5-8 playoffs: Among the 4 teams in each group who enter the 5-8 playoffs, the team with the best preliminary results has the right to choose an opponent from the last two teams in the same group's preliminary results. Play 24 sets of cards in 2 sections, with the winner ranked 5th and 6th based on the preliminary results, and the loser ranked 7th and 8th based on the preliminary results;

5.3. 4 place playoffs: Play 24 sets of cards in 2 sections, with the winner ranking third and the loser ranking fourth;

The top 8 scores in Group A are as follows: 18, 16, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9

The top 8 scores in Group B are as follows: 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

（2） Team Tournament: Conducted on a provincial (municipal) basis, but without separate competitions, ranking based on the sum of scores scored by each team in the same province in open team competitions.

8、 Admission Ranking and Rewards:

（1） Open Team Games

Group A will be ranked in the top 6 and receive bonuses of 10000 yuan, 6000 yuan, 4000 yuan, 3000 yuan, 2500 yuan, and 2000 yuan respectively;

Group B will be ranked in the top 3 and receive bonuses of 2000 yuan, 1500 yuan, and 1000 yuan respectively;

（2） Team competition

Admitted to the top three places, with an additional Sports Ethics and Fashion Award, all presented with trophies.

9、 Registration and check-in:

（1） Registration:

1. All participating teams are required to register online in the third Bohai Rim City Bridge Championships section of China Bridge Network before September 30, 2011. Contact person: Wang Zuolei, contact phone number: 0335-3506588 13011967872

2. Registration fee: 1000 yuan per team;

（2） Registration:

Each participating team is requested to report to the competition area from 1 pm to 9 pm on October 13th, and a team leader meeting will be held at 9:30 pm on the 13th. The race will start on time at 9am on the 14th. The accommodation and meals for the participants are 240 yuan per person per day (including 20 yuan for breakfast, 50 yuan for lunch, and 50 yuan for dinner).
