The Silver Plate has been won by the team of Dan Crofts (Captain), Celia Day, Sandra Fenton (all Staffs), Gary Hyett (Manchester), Graeme Robertson (Beds) and Andrew Thompson (Norfolk).
The foursome of Graeme, Gary, Andrew and Dan won the 48 board final against the team of Julian Mitchell (Captain), David Clifton, Peter Clinch and Christine Jepson (Andy Ryder had played for the team earlier in the competition) (all Sussex) by just 5 IMPs, having come back from 32 IMPs behind with 16 boards to play.
