Competition rules

Fifth, eligibility:


(A) athlete qualifications


1. The participating athlete must hold his / her second generation ID card within the administrative area of Mianyang City before December 31, 2017. For those who have not handled the second generation ID card, they must provide the positive residence booklet in the administrative area under the jurisdiction of Mianyang City before December 31, 2017.


2. People's Hospital at or above the county level examination to prove good health.


3. Need to handle and issue personal accident insurance policy during the event.


4. Elders who participate in the Elderly Group must be athletes aged 60 years and older (born before December 30, 1957) and women 55 years old (born before December 30, 1962); Athletes participating in Youth Groups must be under 28 (1990 Born after January 1) athletes.


5.
