First, the purpose of competition:


In order to promote the bridge culture and enhance the friendship between the regions, we jointly advocate the vision of achieving the goal of "keeping a sense of the past, pursuing the past, of doing things that are old, learn from the old and enjoy the old." Pay more attention to the presentation of featured culture, and encourage and guide the middle-aged and elderly groups to use their own advantages to show local characteristics. An elegant, civilized and highly competitive game provides a platform for middle-aged and elderly people to learn skills and communicate well. The spirit of elderly friends entertainment. At the same time, it will promote the exchange of local bridge circles and eventually achieve the social pension culture and local bridge resource sharing. With the advantages of mutual complementarity, mutual benefit and reciprocity, a win-win situation will be created and the 2018 Chongqing Welcome Spring Wanzhou Bridge Invitational Tournament will be held.

Competition time: January 27-28, 2018

Fifth, entry methods


(A) Bridge fans who are invited to participate in the competition can participate;


(II) Bridge family members who have joined Longjun Hometown Chongqing Branch automatically obtain the entry qualifications;


(C) subject to competition venues, this competition limit 8 teams, a total of 32 people;


(4) Four teams from all over the world sent a total of eight teams to participate in the competition. Each team was limited to 4 people. The team leader and coaches could be both athletes. The athletes can only participate in the competition on behalf of one team during the competition.


(E) Before the name of each participating team in this competition, the words "Chongqing" and "Wanzhou" should be added;


(6) Each team shall pay for its own transportation and accommodation expenses and purchase the relevant insurance on its own;


(7) Expenses of activities such as food, race, transportation and other activities that occur at the host place during the competition shall be borne by the organizer and the undertaker;


(Eight) the competition does not charge registration fee.


Sixth, competition methods


(1) The competition implements the "China Bridge Competition Rules" and "Supplementary Provisions (2017)" approved by China Bridge Association in 2013;


(B) the game to take a single cycle, a total of four rounds, 16 cards per round, according to 20: 0 VP settlement, the cumulative VP points to rank the team results. The same team does not meet with each other across the region, but need to fight with each other a total of four teams one by one against each other;


(C) competition using computer prefabricated licensing;


(D) competition using electronic information collection equipment score;


(E) The game is forbidden to use the yellow bidding system, brown appointments and psychological calls.


Seven, admission ranking and incentives


(A) first place 800 yuan; second place 600 yuan; third place 500 yuan; fourth place 400 yuan; fifth place 320 yuan; sixth place 280 yuan; seventh place 240 yuan; eighth place 200 yuan ;


(B) After the accumulated scores of the four VPs in each of the four teams, the winners of this tournament team will be awarded the winning prize of 1,000 yuan and the negative party will receive a commemorative award of 500 yuan.


(III) Members of China Bridge Association who won the ranking shall be reported to China Bridge Association by the organizer and awarded to the master of China Bridge Association according to the "Technical Standard of China Bridge Association".


Eight, the competition does not set the arbitration commission, referee appointed by the organizers, the referee's verdict as the final verdict.

Ten, registration and registration


Sign up:


(A) Each team can register through China Bridge Network;


(B) After the organizer verifies and confirms the adoption of the registration, it is valid before entering the competition.


(C) Chongqing teams in the fifteen days before the game to determine the list of players reported to the organizers, provide ID number and contact information in order to purchase a unified ticket, insurance and book a room;


(4) Responsible for the safety and health of all participants;


(5) The referee of the competition hired Mr. Liu Xun.

Eleven, accommodation:


(A) by the organizers unified arrangements for the Three Gorges impression Hotel, unified arrangements for dining;
