Notice on Organizing Registration for 2018 Asian Youth Cup Bridge Championships

Bridge Association of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities:


The 2018 Asian Youth Cup Bridge Championship will be held at the Wisma Kinashih Resort in Indonesia from April 13 to 20, 2018. We hereby notify you of the events and the registration of the China Bridge Association Organization as follows:


First, the organizers


The competition is sponsored by the Asia Pacific Bridge Federation and hosted by the Indonesia Bridge Association.


Second, groups and projects


(A) competition group


U26 youth group: born in 1993 and beyond


U26 Girls' Youth Group: Born in 1993 and beyond


U21 Junior: born in 1998 and beyond


U21 girls group: born in 1998 and beyond


(Two) competitions: team competition, double competition


(C) schedule


     April 13 17: 00-18: 00 team leader


               19:00 opening ceremony


     14th - 20th 10: 00-18: 30 team competitions


19-20 days 10: 00-18: 30 double race


20th 19:30 presentation and closing ceremony


Third, the registration fee


(A) Charges


1. Team Games: U26 Youth $ 400 / Team, U26 Women's Youth $ 300 / Team, U21 Junior $ 200 / Team, U21 Women's Team $ 100 / Team.


2. Double Tournament: Those who did not participate in the above four team matches will be required to pay 50 USD for the entry fee.


(B) Charges: Registration fee paid on-site registration


Fourth, accommodation and transportation


(A) Accommodation Hotel: Wisma Kinashih Resort Bogor, Indonesia, one and a half hours from the airport. The price of accommodation is USD 75 per day (net), including 3 meals and 2 tea breaks.


(II) Transportation: The organizing committee will provide free transportation on the arriving day of April 13 and the departing day of April 21, and the other dates will be offset by the traveling expenses.


Fifth, the application conditions and requirements


(A) registration conditions


1. 2018 National Bridge Young Men's U25 Men's Team, U20 Men's Top 3 teams.


2. 2018 National Bridge youth team U25 women's team before the six teams.


3.2017 National Undergraduate Bridge Championship Open Group A, the top three teams of women's team.


4. The above teams need to retain the team at least two pairs of players before they can apply for qualifications.


(B) registration requirements


1. Chinese athletes participating in this tournament must be unified by the China Bridge Association apply to the Asia Pacific Bridge Federation.


2. The teams must register with China Bridge Association through Bridge Association of China Bridge Association.


3. The participating teams and athletes shall obey the unified management of China Bridge Association and obey the unified command if necessary.


4. The athletes participating in this competition must abide by the rules of the Asia-Pacific Bridge Federation and sign the entry undertaking without any issue of race competition.


5. The successful applicants and athletes must be guaranteed to participate in the competition. According to the provisions of the Asia-Pacific Bridge, if the team has been enrolled for some reason can not participate, be sure to report before 17:00 on April 9, China Bridge and agreed to obtain consent, or registration unit and the registration team will be fined 1500 US dollars. The teams and athletes who do not participate in the competition without justifiable reasons shall be disqualified from registering for the international competitions within two years and shall be punished accordingly according to the "Provisional Regulations of China Bridge Association Competition Discipline".


Sixth, China Bridge Association is responsible for the unified registration of the Asia-Pacific Bridge and get the organizing committee invitation. After obtaining the confirmation from China Bridge Association, each unit shall handle the foreign affairs visiting procedures according to the local foreign affairs by itself, with the funds for participation being self-financing.


Seven, deadline for submitting applications to China Association for Bridge is March 10, no longer apply for organizing entries.


Eight other matters


(A) Organizing Committee will be held on April 13 leader before the game, the teams on time to participate.
