District Bridge team, team members:
Hangzhou Twelfth Bridge League fifth station will be held in Hangzhou Shangcheng District. We hereby notify you of the relevant events as follows:
First, the match time: September 2017 23 to 24 days
Second, the venue: Beijing Normal University Affiliated Hangzhou High School (Yincheng Road, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province on the 6th)
Third, registration:
1, Yinjiang Science and Technology Team, Gongshu District, Binjiang District, Shangcheng District, Fuyang District, Zhejiang Huanglong, Xiacheng District, Jianggan District, Xihu District, Xiaoshan District, Yuhang District.
2, Hangzhou bridge lovers are free to team up to participate.
3, all athletes must be individual members of Hangzhou Bridge Association, League each team at least 4 players.
4, the participating units in September 15 before the registration list will be submitted to Hangzhou Bridge Association or online registration in China Bridge.

Registration fee: Wing 500 yuan / team, Hangzhou Bridge lover 300 yuan / team, youth teams (students) free registration fee. Please report to the race area.
Fourth, competition methods
1, the game is divided into two stages
The first stage: qualifying, a total of 5 rounds, each round of 10 cards, the cumulative VP points to rank the team results.
The second stage: group points arrangement
According to the first stage of the qualifying results are divided into two groups, the principle of grouping in half, in case of odd number, the B team more than the number of A group, the specific group to the team number shall prevail. Each group of four rounds, each round of 10 cards. The accumulated VP plus 30% of each team VP in the first qualifying stage shall be scheduled for the final ranking of each team.
2, each pair of players participating in the competition must bring the agreement card in duplicate to the table
