China Sports Lottery 2017 “National Fitness Day” national chess and card project 10,000 people with the match - Sichuan Mianyang branch venue bridge contest launching ceremony was held on the morning of August 8 at the Nanhe Sports Center Bridge Base. The leaders of the Association for the Elderly Association of Mianyang City, the Bridge Association of Mianyang City, and the Senior Citizens Association of Sichuan Province were present at the launching ceremony. From Fucheng District, Youxian District, Anzhou District, Hi-tech Zone, Science City, Jiangyou City, Santai County, city-level party and government agencies, enterprises, institutions, universities and research institutes, and farsightedness Nearly 100 bridge lovers from Sichuan Provincial Directorate of Aging Bridge Team participated in the ceremony.
The Secretary-General of Mianyang Bridge Association Jia Congzhou presided over the launch ceremony. Li Zhiming, vice chairman of the Mianyang Bridge Association, introduced the significance of the “National Fitness Day” national chess and card project for 10,000 people organized by the Board of Cards and Sports Management of the State Sports General Administration. Focusing on the theme of “Hui Ju Cards, Healthy China”, in order to meet the needs of many bridge enthusiasts participating in the bridge activities, the bridge events in Mianyang City's competition venues have organized a number of competitions including open team competitions, senior team competitions, and mixed doubles events. Bridge enthusiasts are welcome to participate in various competitions.
After the launching ceremony, the elderly team competition took the lead and 12 senior teams participated in the competition. Four rounds of points were arranged in the competition. The pre-made computer cards were used throughout the game. Points are collected using electronic equipment to collect competition data and the score sheet is self-printed. The rounds and results announcements were displayed on an electronic large screen and achieved paperlessness.
After 48 matches, the Anzhou Bridge Association successfully climbed the summit; the Provincial Department of Administration won the second place; Jiangyou Bridge Association, Youxian District, Shiqiao Zhuanglan Team and Yi Deh Holdings gained 3-6 points.
The mixed doubles tournament will be held on August 12 and the public team competition will be held on August 13.
