I. Date and place of competition
July 23, 2017 (Sunday) was held at the Shiqiao Association Event Center and Baoding Qizhong. Start time: 13:30.

IV. Competition Projects and Participation Methods
1. Open Group Doubles: All members of the China Bridge Association and Bridge enthusiasts can sign up to participate;
2. Student Group Doubles: Only members of the China Bridge Association under the age of 18 and Bridge enthusiasts can participate.
V. Competition Methods
(A) Double Championship Doubles (Mitchell Rotation)
(b) There are 36 decks of cards in each match. Each pair of participating players must play 24 of them.
(3) Take a unified national score and calculate the total score after converting the score of each deck into a percentage.
(D) In addition to the national unified score, the provinces, regions, and cities will be scored separately, and the youth group will be scored separately.

Seventh, reward
(I) Monthly Match Points Award
Two pairs of players from each line in each direction received the team championship certificate. The certificate was printed directly after the game was over and was registered in the background administrator account.
(II) Awards for the various provinces and cities in the month
The top 10 players in the North-South and East-West directions in each province, district, and city ranked first in the month. The top 3 players in the north-south direction and east-west direction of the Youth Tournament Line received the monthly tournament ranking certificate. Each team can only have 1 pair of players in the north-south direction and east-west direction. The certificate will be printed directly on the background administrator account of the tournament 7 days after the end of the competition or be issued by the provincial bridge associations.
(C) Monthly National Awards
In each month, the top 20 players in the national rankings in the north-south direction and east-west direction received the month-to-month ranking certificates. The top ten national players in the national rankings for the youth competitions won the monthly top-ranking certificates. Only one pair of players can be ranked in the north-south direction and east-west direction of each sub-sport.
(4) Total Achievement Award
This award is set up for individual members of the China Bridge Association participating in the competition.
1. Based on the individual player's individual rankings in 10 games, the top 40 individuals receive the annual total ranking certificate. The top 20 individuals of the youth competition line receive the annual total ranking certificate, which is uniformly issued by the China Bridge Association.
2. Qualification selection for the National Games: The contestants will be selected from the winners of the March-May monthly performance in the 2017 National Bridge Communications Series. The average of three preliminaries (scores exceeding 70% per game is not included in the statistics) is ranked according to the open, women's and youth groups, and the two pairs with the best scores in the local competitions are selected by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. After the average player's performance, the top 11 units are eligible to participate.
3. Take the average of the 4 best results of the 7 months of the month from March to September (ranking more than 70% of the scores per game not included in the statistics) to rank, the top 24 in the country's total ranking and the youth group before the ranking 16 people were eligible to participate in the finals of the 2017 China Hainan Bridge Festival Communications Festival (additional notice of the entry method).
(5) Membership rewards
The individual members of the China Bridge Association will participate in the monthly and finals of the China Bridge Association, and are awarded the Master of the Chinese Bridge Association according to the “China Bridge Association Member Technical Grade Standard”.
(6) The top 3 in the month, the top 3 in the annual rankings, and the top 3 in the finals were awarded the bridge competition medals provided by the China Bridge Association.
VIII. Registration
(a) Registration
This competition is a series, and the results of the competition will result in the participation in the finals of the National Games. As the National Games will be set up for men's groups, men's doubles, women's groups, women's doubles and youth groups, and juvenile doubles, it is recommended that when registering, please enter a fixed partner as far as possible according to the gender requirements.
1. The competition has already opened the name entry channel in the China Bridge Network. Individual members of the China Bridge Association can log on to the China Bridge Network communication event and register online.
2. Deadline for registration: Before 12:00 on July 22 or when the quota is full.
(II) Event service fee
Open group: 100 yuan for each pair of contestants.
