I. Date and place of competition: The game is scheduled to be held on the afternoon of July 21, 2017 in the ice on the top of the transparent Mengke Glacier in the Subei Mongolian Autonomous County, Gansu Province.

Fourth, the competition project: team competition.
5. Eligibility: The Gansu Provincial Bridge Association selected one team from the province to participate in the 2017 “Suebei Transparent Dream Goal Glacier Cup” National Bridge Open. The Xinjiang Autonomous Region Bridge Association participated in the 2017 “Xuebei Transparent Mengke Glacier” from Xinjiang. Cup "National Bridge Open team selected a team to participate.
Sixth, competition methods: 2 teams between the two games, 8 cards per section.
VII. Admission of ranks and awards: The tournament is crowned with a runner-up prize. The winning team rewards 20,000 yuan for the championship and the negative team rewards 10,000 yuan for the runner-up.
8. Food and lodging transportation: Each team takes care of its own expenses, and each team is responsible for its own safety during the competition.
Nine, referee and arbitration:
1. The referee is sent by the Gansu Provincial Bridge Association.
2. There is no arbitration in this competition. In the event of a dispute, the referee shall coordinate the opinions of the parties to perform the arbitral proceedings.
