The two-day Taiyuan 2017 Bridge Qualifiers ended successfully on the 9th of July in Taiyuan Bridge Base. The competition was divided into two groups of A and B. After a single round of 9 rounds in Group A, the Chuangyuan equipment team consisting of six members including Ning Jun, Wang Jinghui, Zhang Jianguo, Wang Hao, Yuan Yu, and Wang Shan performed well and took absolute advantage. The first round of this year's A-class championship was won by the Xin Zhong Da (Qiao Yi Tong) team, and the third place was the Zhang Yi Castle team. The four, five, and six were respectively the Shanxi Luyou, the Provincial Senior Sports Association Second Team, and the Taiyuan Boiler Group. According to the rules of the game, the ninth Xinyi Bridge Art Team and the tenth Civil Affairs Team were downgraded to Class B. Group B passed 11 rounds of single-round competitions, and was eventually won by the Shanxi Yutian Team. The Shelter Team won the second place. The two teams were promoted to the Class A team.
