In order to further publicize and implement the “Regulations of the National Fitness of Beijing”, popularize the promotion of snow sports, promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, implement the nationwide fitness national strategy, and enrich the Beijing 11th National Fitness Sports Festival, Beijing Sports Bureau, Beijing Municipal Sports Federation, Beijing Bridge Association, Beijing Thermal Engineering Design Co., Ltd., and Beijing Taize Thermal Engineering Design Co., Ltd. are scheduled to jointly hold the 9th Beijing Sports Conference "Beijing, from July 13 to 16, 2017. VII. Competition Methods: Online Registration


(1) Open team competition: Restricted reporting to 60 teams in two phases.


1. The first stage: using the points to arrange the game, carry out 5 rounds of competition, each round of 10 cards, according to VP scheduled rankings. 1-8 players entered the second stage finals and the other teams entered the second stage of the playoffs.


2. The second phase:


(1) Finals: The 1-3 teams in the quarter-finals have the right to select opponents from 5-8 teams in turn and play 16 pairs of matches to win the team into the semi-finals and the negative team to enter the playoffs. In the 1/2 final, 20 sets of games were played, the winning team entered the finals, and the negative team entered three or four matches. In the finals and three or four matches, 32 matches will be played in two sessions.


(2) Play-offs: Integral arrangements were adopted. Teams who did not enter the finals in the first stage and negative teams in the quarter-finals entered the play-offs. Perform 5 rounds of matches with 10 decks per round. The final ranking was set by the cumulative VP of the play-offs plus 25% of the VPs of the first-stage match.


 


(B) Mixed Teams: Limits to 36 teams, depending on the registration status.


 


(3) Youth team competitions: Use the points arrangement to conduct 5 rounds of competition, with 10 decks per round and VP ranked.


(IV) Open doubles and mixed doubles: According to the technical grades of the members of the China Bridge Association, they are divided into two grades: beginning and high. The junior group limited Spades Masters and the following players to participate; the senior team has no restrictions on entries. All levels of the game use the game points (MP) system to score the entire field, and the ranking is based on the score rate.


(five) men's individual competitions and women's individual competitions, ranked according to the scoring rate.


(VI) The competition shall implement the “Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules” and “Supplementary Provisions of the China Bridge Card Competition Rules (2017)” that were approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013. Other provisions shall be announced by the referee.


(7) The referee shall preside over the drawing of lots.


(8) Players who participate in the competition must bring the appointment card in duplicate to the table.


 


Eight, participation methods:


(I) Athlete qualification:


1. A healthy Beijing citizen or a Chinese citizen who lives or works in Beijing.


2. Young group players up to the age of 25 can join the team freely.


3. The Beijing Bridge Association is responsible for the qualification of athletes.


(II) Registration methods: Each team of the open team competition can be reported to 4-6 people. Each team of the mixed group can report 2-3 men and women respectively; 2 pairs of open doubles can be reported per pair, and each pair of mixed doubles matches can be reported One male and one female.


(3) Application time: Registration will begin on June 16 and the amount will expire.


(D) All projects are online registration. Please register for the application fee at the same time. If you do not pay the registration fee, the registration will be invalid. (Primary and elementary school students and senior friends over the age of 60 can contact the registration contact if they really cannot register and pay online.)

(6) Fees:


1. Open team competition: 800 yuan per team;

6. Men's Individual Race: 100 yuan per person;


7. Women's Individual Competition: 100 yuan per person.


 


Nine, admission order and reward:


(1) In accordance with the principle of focusing on participating in and downplaying the trophy, adopt the national sports congress incentives. Each project has a first prize (1st place), 2nd place (2nd, 3rd place), 3rd place 3 Names (fourth, five, six). A number of encouragement prizes will be set up (seventh and later)

(3) Establishing the Sports Morality Fashion Award, according to the performance of the teams, athletes, referees and staff members during the competition, the sports morality fashion awards team and sports morality shall be awarded to the relevant personnel who are able to participate in civilization, unite and love, and dedicate themselves. Fashion award athletes, sports ethics award referees, and sports ethics awards staff award certificates and medals.


(4) All competitions are awarded to the masters of the China Bridge Association according to the "China Bridge Association Technical Grade Standards".
