2017 National Electric Power Workers Bridge Championship Supplementary Procedures

I. Implement the "China Bridge Card Competition Rules" and "China Bridge Card Competition Rules Supplementary Provisions (2017)" that were approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.
Second, the competition method
The competition will take 12 rounds of points and 12 rounds.
Third, the game layout
(a) The number of the game is determined by the referee's draw.
(B) Arrangement principle: the first round of the game is 1-2, 3-4, 5-6... The second round and later according to the principle of close to the same arrangement for the match.
(3) Before the final round of the points arrangement, a certain team must have won the first place without arranging the team to participate in the remaining games. 3. At the deadline of the competition, all the cards that have not been bid-winned will be cancelled. The maximum allowable time limit for the cards that have been dealt with is 5 minutes.
Fifth, the same number of points when the decision method
According to "Chinese Bridges Competition Rules," Article 46 of the three paragraphs to determine the rankings.
Six, competition discipline and etiquette requirements
Strict implementation of the "Chinese Bridge Race Rules" and special requirements:
(i) All personnel entering the stadium shall close mobile communication tools. During the match, if the mobile communication tool of the game player rings, once it is found, for the unanswered or unviewed person, the relevant team 2 VP is deducted; for the person who has been answered or watched, the team is canceled for the remaining part of the round of the game. Qualifications, scores are calculated according to the relevant rules of "halfway out of the game".
(2) Smoking is strictly prohibited within the stadium (including all indoor places such as passages and toilets). If there is any violation of this provision, the relevant team will be deducted 2 VP each time.
(c) The players are not allowed to leave their seats during each round of competition. If you really need to leave the seat during the game, you must get the consent of the referee and go hand in hand with both parties.
VII. Appeals
There is no arbitration in this competition. The referee’s penalty is the final result.
