First, implement the "China Bridge Card Competition Rules" and the "Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules Supplementary Provisions (2017)" announced by the China Bridge Association in 2013.
Second, the competition method
Perform the competition method as defined in <Regulations>.
Third, the arrangement
(a) The serial number of each team:
1. Each team's serial number is determined according to the order of registration in Zhongqiao.com.
2. The first round of the first round against the computer randomly selected, followed by the game schedule, according to <Rules> Article 17 implementation. If the team is singular, there will be a turnaround team, and the turnaround team will score 12VP.

V. Playing Time and Match Time
(1) All team members must be seated at the meeting 5 minutes ahead of the start time of the competition to prepare for the competition.

7. How to determine the ranking when the points are the same

(b) Elimination: If the IMP is the same, the winners and losers will be determined in accordance with Article 26, paragraph 2, item 1 and 2 of the "Chinese Bridge Race Rules". If it is not yet possible to determine the outcome, the first team in the first stage is the winning team.
Eight, competition discipline and etiquette requirements
During the competition, the participants must abide by the requirements set out in the “China Bridge Race Rules”. If there is any violation, they will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations. And emphasize the following points:
(1) The participating teams must organize teams in strict accordance with the registration information. Registered athletes can only participate in the designated teams according to the registration information. Players who are not registered may not participate in the competition (Note: If there are any omissions or changes to the list, etc. Must be declared and changed in writing. After the start of the competition, the list of participating athletes shall not be added or modified.) The same athlete shall not participate in the competition on behalf of two or more teams. If there is any violation, once found or reported, the athletes registering on the team and representing the participating teams will be treated as abstentions and will be subject to additional disciplinary punishment.
(b) People entering the stadium need to be tidy and properly dressed. No loud noises may be heard in the game field and surrounding areas.
(3) All personnel entering the stadium shall close the mobile communication tools. During each round (section) of the game, the mobile communication tool of the player encounters a ring. Once discovered, for the unanswered or unviewed player, the relevant team 2 VP (knock-out 12IMP) is deducted; for those who have been answered or watched, the user is canceled. (4) After the end of each round of competition, before the players leave the table, they must tidy up the calling cards and cards used in the current round of this table, put the calling cards into the bidding boxes, and put the cards into the corresponding cards. IX. About the appeal
(a) The competition shall set up an arbitration committee to accept complaints from each team.
(2) All complaints must be submitted to the referee within 20 minutes after the official score of the section (round) game is announced (when the chief referee has requested otherwise, it shall be performed at the request of the chief referee), and the appeal procedures shall be performed as required. The appeal fee is RMB 300 each time.
Attachments: Description of yellow system and brown conventions
First, the yellow system - highly used system, refers to any of the following systems:
1. The non-call at the open position means that there is at least the first-order open call power, even though it may include a weak hand. A weak hand refers to a hand whose big point is lower than the average hand strength.
2. First-order opening can be weaker than not calling.
3, first-order opening can be lower than the average power of a K. Average card power refers to a card with 10 big cards and no card value.
4. First-order opening means that a particular suit is a long sleeve or a short sleeve. Long sleeve means three or more, and short sleeve means two or less.
5. A first-order opener indicates that a particular suit or another suit is a long suit.
Second, the brown contract is called:
(a) The following conventions are called brown conventions:
1. Any opening of 2 to 3 spades indicates that it may be a weak hand, and at least 4 of the known suits are not clearly specified when the weak hand is weak.
*But the following opening is not a brown convention:
A second-order, low-flowering opener, indicates a high-performing weak second open call, regardless of whether there is a strong card option (16 big points or more). However, opponents can consult written prepared defenses during the game.

2. For a one-on-one open set of natural contending, it is not clear to specify at least four of the known suits. However, the following disputes do not belong to the brown convention:

(2) Deduction shows strong cards. A strong hand is a hand whose big point is at least one K higher than the average hand strength.
(3) For the opponent's known jump color, ask the partner to call 3NT when the suit has a stop.
