I. Organisers and undertakers

Second, the time and place of the game
The competition is scheduled to be held from June 13th to June 16th, 2017 in Qianyuan Convention and Exhibition Hotel, Changchun City, Jilin Province (Intersection of No. 100 Huizhan Main Street and Satellite Road, Economic and Technological Development Zone).
Third, participate in the unit
Vice president units, some governing units.
IV. Competition items and competition methods
In this competition, only team competitions are conducted. The team competitions are based on the number of teams, using a single-cycle or Swiss shift method to determine the ranking based on the VP scores of each team. For teams with the top 8 teams in the team competition, the Organizing Committee will award trophies and certificates.
V. Registration and Registration
1, Each team can report to the team, 1 coach each (can be both players), and 4-6 players.
Male or female is not limited, the total number of registration does not exceed 8 people.
2. Each team will report the list before June 2, 2016 and stamp the official seal of the company.
Afterwards, fax to the Political Department of Jilin Longhua Thermal Power Co., Ltd. of the State Power, fax number: 0431-85886713, and email to gongwei2016@cgdc.com.cn. Registration contact: Wang Shangsheng, mobile number 13086838338. Please confirm with your contact person after registration.
3. Due to the large number of teams, all teams are invited to go to the competition on June 13

Sixth, the competition requirements
1. All teams should fill out the appointment card and play the game on the appointment card.

VII. Cost of competition
The food and accommodation expenses of each team take care of itself.
VIII. Other matters
1. The chief referee of this competition is hired by the organizer. The competition organizes the organizing committee and the arbitration committee. The competition team and the chief referee preside over the competition.
2. The competition adopts the latest "Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules" approved by China Bridges Association.
3. This regulation shall be subject to the China Electric Power Sports Association, and other matters not covered shall be reported separately.
