Supplementary Notice of the Deyang City Third Sports Meet Bridge (Adult Team)

All participating units:


The following is a supplementary notice of the related matters of the Deyang City Third Sports Meet Bridge Games:


First, match time: May 19-21, 2017


Second, the venue of the competition: Deyang City Stadium North Gate Wuhu Chess Club


Third, registration:


(a) All participating units are required to apply according to the requirements of the “Regulations for Competition”. The registration deadline is until 24:00 on May 5th. Failure to register on time is subject to abstention. Through the discussion of the Bridge Board Organizing Committee, each team of the team is allowed to have two players across the team. The scores of the team winning the team can only be counted in the representative team; the doubles can be averaged into the respective delegations.


(b) The age of registered team members is relaxed to less than 70 years of age, that is, after January 1, 1947.


(3) The change list must be made before May 15. In the event of an outdated change, a fee of 100 yuan will be charged for each change (team name, player substitution, increase of team members, etc.).


Fourth, the game program


(I) The use of the yellow system is prohibited; brown conventions are prohibited.


(b) Each competitor must bring this pair of Chinese "Commitment Card" to the competition.


(3) Each pair of players in a round may use a psychological call in only one deck.


(4) Playing cards: The computer is licensed for the whole game.


(V) In this game, the wireless entry system was used. The South used the entry device to enter the game results. Both players were required to confirm the game results of each pair of cards and then submitted by the owner.


(VI) Change of time limit


Within 30 minutes of the announcement of the results of each section (round) of the competition (or as otherwise prescribed by the referee), the time limit for correcting the incorrect scores shall not be changed.


(7) When playing time:


1. Time limit for playing: All players must be seated 5 minutes before the start of the game to prepare for the game.


2. Competition time limit:


8 cards: 1 hour.


3. If there is a late arrival or a timeout, a penalty shall be imposed according to the provisions of the “Chinese Bridge Race Rules”.


Fifth, the same number of points when the decision method


According to "Chinese Bridges Competition Rules," Article 46 of the three paragraphs to determine the rankings.


Six, competition discipline and etiquette requirements


During the competition, the participants must abide by the requirements set out in the “Chinese Bridge Race Rules”. If there is any violation, they will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.


V. Registration:


(I) Registration time


1. The competition staff will report on May 18, 2017.


2. Each team shall report to the leader coaches at the Wuhu Chess Club before 17:00 on May 19th, 2017 to participate in the pre-race meeting of the coaches and draw lots.


3. If you can't report to the meeting on time, please contact the competition area to confirm the competition. If you do not confirm it, you will not be considered as a waiver.
