2017 National Bridge Communication Series (April) - Supplementary Provisions for Sichuan Mianyang Stadium

  I. Date and place of competition
It was held on April 23, 2017 (Sunday) at the bridge base of Nanhe Sports Center in Mianyang City. Start time: 13:30.

     IV. Competition Projects and Participation Methods
1. Open Group Doubles: All members of the China Bridge Association and Bridge enthusiasts can sign up to participate;
2. Youth Group Doubles: Only members of the China Bridge Association under the age of 25 and Bridge enthusiasts participate.
    V. Competition Methods
(A) Double Championship Doubles (Mitchell Rotation)
(b) There are 36 decks of cards in each match, and each pair of participating players must play 24 of them.
(3) Take a unified national score and calculate the total score after converting the score of each deck into a percentage.
(D) In addition to the national unified score, the provinces, regions, and cities will be scored separately, and the youth group will be scored separately.
        (v) Implementation of the "China Bridge Card Contest Rules" and "Supplementary Provisions of the China Bridge Card Contest Rules (2017)" announced by the China Bridge Association in 2013.
       (6) It is prohibited to use the yellow system and brown conventions.

    6. Announcement of results
        1, the results of the game competition announced after the end of the game.
2. National competition results are announced on the China Bridge Online within 7 days after the competition. The annual total score is announced within 15 days after the end of the annual event.
  Seventh, reward
      (I) Monthly Match Points Award
Two pairs of players from each line in each direction received the team championship certificate. The certificate was printed directly after the game was over and was logged in the background administrator account.
(II) Awards for the various provinces and cities in the month
The top 10 players from the provinces, regions, and cities who won the North-South and East-West directions won the monthly tournament ranking certificate. The top 3 players in the north-south direction and east-west direction of the Youth Tournament Line received the monthly tournament ranking certificate. Only one pair of players can be ranked in the north-south direction and east-west direction of each sub-sport. The certificate will be printed directly on the background administrator account of the tournament 7 days after the end of the competition or be uniformly issued by the provincial bridge associations.
(C) Monthly National Awards
In each month, the top 20 players in the national rankings in the north-south direction and east-west direction received the monthly ranking certificate, and the top 10 players in the north-south direction and east-west direction in the national rankings of the youth competitions won the monthly tournament ranking certificate. Only one pair of players can be ranked in the north-south direction and east-west direction of each sub-sport.
(4) Total Achievement Award
This award is set up for individual members of the China Bridge Association participating in the competition.
1. Based on the individual player's individual rankings in 10 games, the top 40 individuals receive the annual total ranking certificate. The top 20 individuals in the youth competition line receive the annual total ranking certificate, which is uniformly issued by the China Bridge Association.
2. Qualification selection for the National Games: The contestants will emerge from the winners of the March-May monthly performance of the 2017 National Bridge Communications Series. The average of three preliminaries (scores exceeding 70% per game is not included in the statistics) is ranked according to the open, women's and youth groups, and the two pairs with the best scores in the local competitions are selected from the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. After the average player's performance, the top 11 units are eligible to participate.
3. Take the average of the 4 best results of the 7 months of the month from March to September (ranking more than 70% of the scores per game not included in the statistics) to rank, the top 24 in the national ranking and the youth group 16 people were eligible to participate in the finals of the 2017 China Hainan Bridge Festival Communications Festival (additional notice of the entry method).
(5) Membership rewards
The individual members of the China Bridge Association participate in the monthly and final games of the China Bridge Association, and are awarded to the Master of China Bridge Association.
(6) The top 3 in the month, the top 3 in the annual rankings, and the top 3 in the finals are awarded the bridge competition medals provided by the China Bridge Association.
     VIII. Registration
   (a) Registration
This competition is a series, and the results of the competition will result in the participation in the finals of the National Games. For the National Games, the project is set for men's groups, men's doubles, women's groups, women's doubles and youth groups, and youths' doubles. Therefore, it is recommended that when registering, please establish a fixed partner to enter the competition as far as possible.
  1. The competition has already opened the name entry channel in the China Bridge Network. Individual members of the China Bridge Association can log on the China Bridge Network Communication Competition and register online.
    2. Individual members of the China Bridge Association and bridge enthusiasts can also sign up for the phone, WeChat, and SMS.

(II) Event service fee
 1. Open group: 50 yuan for each contestant.
 2. Youth group: 15 yuan per contestant.
    9. Registration
All participating athletes must report to the Nanhe Sports Center Bridge Base before 13:15 pm on April 23.
    Tenth, competition contestants shall be sent by the Shiqiao Association.
