Competition rules
 
I. Organizer: Chongqing Yaohu Group

Fourth, the race date: May 13, 2017 to May 14
V. Venue: Dream Lake Resort Hotel, Tongliang District, Chongqing (Four Stars)

7. Entry Methods:
    1. Bridge lovers in and outside the city can participate in the competition freely;
    2. Each team is limited to 6 people. The leader and coach may be both athletes. Athletes can only participate in the competition on behalf of one team during the competition.
    3. Due to the restriction of the playing field, this competition is limited to 38 teams;
    4. Each team needs to pay an event service fee of RMB 400, which will be collected by the contractor to subsidize the insufficiency of the tournament funds. The individual members of the non-Chongqing Ziyunxuan Bridge Club will each receive RMB 20;
    5. Each team is responsible for its own expenses (traffic, room and board);
    6. Each team must purchase personal accidental injury insurance (including during the competition and on the way back and forth) and present it at the time of registration.
Eighth, competition methods:


    The competition is divided into two stages, with 7 stages in the first stage, 5 stages in the second stage, and 8 stages in each round.
(a) The first stage of qualifying:
Integral arrangement of the game system, a total of 7 rounds of competition, 8 cards per round, ranked by the cumulative VP points. Each team took 50% of the accumulated VP points in the first stage into the second stage.
(II) The second stage: group competition
1. According to the number of first-stage registration teams and the rank of each team, they are divided into groups A and B. Integral arrangement tournaments were conducted for 5 rounds of Swiss shifts, with 8 decks per round, ranked in cumulative VP points.
2. The first round of this stage is ranked according to the first stage rankings 1-2, 3-4, .... In the future, each group is arranged according to the high to high and low to low. Accumulated VP points to calculate all rankings.
(c) using pre-made computer cards;
(d) scoring points using electronic information collection equipment;
(v) The scoring methods are calculated using the World Bridge 2010 20:0 VP system;
(6) It is forbidden to use the yellow bidding system, brown conventions and psychological calls;
(7) Athletes must bring their own contract cards when playing in the game.
Nine, admission order and incentives:


1st, 6th A group award
Champion: 8,000 yuan Runner-up: 4,000 yuan
Second runner-up: 2000 yuan Fourth place: 1,500 yuan
Fifth place: 1200 yuan Sixth place: 1000 yuan
2. The top 6 prizes in group B awards are determined based on the actual number of teams.
3, this competition set another winner
  A. In the last round of the second stage, the winning team can win 200 yuan for the winning field, and if the level wins, the two sides can get 100 yuan each;
  B. The team that entered the top six teams in Group A and B will no longer win the above win or draw.
  4. A member of the China Bridge Association, who was awarded the ranking, will be reported to the China Bridge Association by the organizer and awarded to the China Bridge Association by the “Chinese Bridge Association Member Technical Grade Standard”.
X. Registration and Registration:
1. Each team can apply for entry through the China Bridge Network. Registration is valid after the organizing committee checks and confirms, and it is reported to the 38 teams.


2. Deadline for registration on May 2, 2017 (or until the quota is expired).

 5. Each participating team will report to the competition area on May 12, 2017 at 15:00-22:00.


XI. Accommodation:


(1) The organizing committee shall arrange to stay at Dream Lake Resort Hotel (four-star);


(B) Each person needs to pay accommodation and accommodation costs of 400 yuan, all of which include two days of accommodation and 2 breakfasts for 2 nights and 1 dinner (Chinese meal standard 35 yuan/person, dinner standard 50 yuan/person);


(3) If you need to live in a single room, please make up the difference according to the provisions of the Dream Lake Resort;


(d) due to coincide with the tourist season, the game time is at the weekend, the hotel booking situation is relatively tight, please each team to book the room on the deadline for registration on May 2 to avoid tension in the latter part of the listing.


XII. Rules and Referees:


1. The competition implements the "Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules" and "Supplementary Provisions (2017)" that were approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.


2. When there is no arbitration committee in this competition and there is a dispute regarding the judgment of the referee, the technical representative shall, after consulting the chief referee and relevant opinions, perform the relevant procedures and make a final decision.


3. Technical representatives and referees are appointed by the organizing committee.
XIII. Award ceremony:


The organizer will hold an award ceremony after the competition.
