V. Participating Units and Qualifications


(a) Each city or state participates in the competition by using the community as a unit. Each city and state bridge association is responsible for the qualification review of the city and state community representative team and bears related responsibilities.


(2) The contestants must be the staff of the participating communities, the temporary residents or the staff of the work unit in the community.


(3) The team members must be in good health. Each team is responsible for the health and safety of its competitors.


(d) The team must purchase personal accidental injury insurance (including during the competition and on the way back and forth).


Sixth, the competition method


(a) The competition will be conducted in two phases


1. The first stage is qualifying. Integral tournaments are used, with a total of 7 rounds, 10 rounds per round, sorted by VP level.


2. The second stage is the team competition. According to the results of qualifying, they are divided into A group and B group (according to the number of participating teams to determine the corresponding group). Each team takes 40% of the scores in the first phase from high to low and renumbers them into A and B groups in turn. Must be a double team. Integral tournaments are used for a total of 5 rounds of 10 rounds each.


3. Arrange the winning teams of each group according to the final score.


(b) The competition adopts the "China Bridge Card Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association.


(3) The number of the first stage shall be determined by the referee’s drawing of lots.


(d) Each pair of players shall be provided with 2 appointment cards.


VII. Admissions and Awards:


(1) The top 8 students in group A and the first 6 students in group B were admitted.


(B) set up outstanding community organization awards, the methods developed separately.


(3) According to the “Chinese Bridge Association Member Technical Grade Standards” awarded to the masters of China Bridge Association.

(a) Registration


1. Qualified teams, each team can be coached or coached 1 and athletes 4-6.


2. Apply online on China Bridge Online before May 3, 2017 (for athletes without membership numbers, please register with China Bridge.com) and submit the registration form to the Sichuan Bridge Association in written form. The registration form must be stamped with the official seal of the Community Bridge and the Prefecture Bridge.

Competitors reported to the division on May 10th. Each team reported it before 14:00-17:30 in the afternoon on May 11.

(b) Transportation:


1. Train Station: Take Bus No. 29 and get off at Xihe Middle Road Station. The taxi costs about 8 yuan.


2. North Railway Station: Bus No. 2 to Xihe Middle Road (race court); Taxi is about RMB 20 3. Jialing Passenger Station: Bus No. 3 goes to Beihu Park Station and passes through the park (approximately 15 minutes walk to the stadium); 37 Lujiang Road junction (about 8 minutes to the stadium), taxi about 13 yuan.
