Supplementary Provisions for 2017 Huayuan Real Estate Cup Beijing Spring Bridge Competition

I. Implement the "China Bridge Card Competition Rules" and the "Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules Supplementary Provisions (2017)" that were approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.



Second, the game layout


(1) The number of contestants is drawn by the referee.


(b) The team competition uses a points arrangement, with the first round against 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, and the second round and later schedule against high scores on the principle of high scores. In the event of an odd number of teams, the team with the highest number of players in the first round will be the first round, and the second round and the lowest points will be the next round. Each team will be no more than 1 round. Teams that met in the same project no longer meet.


The Mitchell Shift method is used for the doubles match, scoring in the same group for the whole match, and ranked according to the scoring rate.


(c) The host and visiting team


1. Integral Arrangement: The squadron number of the tournament schedule is the former team.


2. The home team sat in the open room in the north and south, closed the room to sit.

There is no seat selection right for all teams in the team competition. The direct seat method is used, and there is no need to fill out the exit list.


 


Third, the game program


(a) It is forbidden to use the yellow bidding system and brown conventions.


    (b) Hearts are not permitted in all competitions.


    (c) Double-players use pre-made computer pre-competition cards.


(D) The game uses electronic information collection equipment scoring.


(e) Before the last round of the team competition, if a team must have won the first place, the team will not be scheduled to participate in the remaining games at this stage. At the same time, if the team must have won the second place, it will not arrange for the team to participate in the rest of the stage. Competition, and so on.


(6) The participating players must bring the Chinese engagement card of the pair (which can have the special English symbol for the bridge) to participate in the competition. If they do not carry the Chinese contract card, they shall be executed according to Article 54(9) of the Rules.


 


Fourth, the game time


(1) Time limit for playing: All athletes must be seated 5 minutes before the start time of the competition.


(B) Competition time limit:


1. Team competition: 8 minutes / Vice


      2. Doubles: 7.5 minutes / Vice


(c) After the end of the game, all cards that have not been opened will be cancelled. Opened cards are allowed to be played within 5 minutes of the time of the match, and are processed by the rule overtime.


 


V. Appeals


(1) The competition shall set up an arbitration committee to accept the complaints of each team. The contestants may appeal any judgment made by the referee at his table. Team leaders must agree with the team and both teams must agree.


(2) All the complaints must be submitted to the referee on the spot (if the referee requests otherwise, they shall be performed at the request of the referee), and the appeal procedure shall be performed according to Article 56 of the rules.


(3) The appeal fee is RMB 200 yuan each time. When the Arbitration Commission determines that it is a reasonable complaint, the appeal fee will be refunded; otherwise, the appeal fee will not be refunded to the Organizing Committee.
