Competition regulations
First, match time, place

Third, the qualification
National telecommunications operators, Beijing Communications Group Corporation, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Beijing-based communications company, and Taiwan Post can all register to participate in the competition.
1. Publicity group A: In accordance with last year's graded competition, the teams that qualified for the A-level team are eligible to participate in the A-level team competition. They are arranged according to the rankings obtained last year. If there is a class A team that cannot participate, follow the actual conditions. Team number games.
2. Public group B: In accordance with the grades of the last year's competition, all teams (including new teams) who did not qualify for the A-class team will participate in the B-team.
3. Open Doubles: All B-team members and A-level substitutes as well as special guests are eligible to participate.
IV. Competition Methods and Awards
Divided into Class A and Class B teams to compete, using a lifting system.
1. Open Group A: 15 rounds of round-robin competitions, 12 rounds per round, ranked according to accumulated VP scores, and the top 8 will receive trophies and certificates. The last four teams of the A-level team were downgraded to the second-year B team.
2. Open Class B: Adopting the Swiss shift system, with 7 rounds of competition, 16 cards per round, ranked according to accumulated VP scores, and the top 4 winners will be awarded certificates. The top 4 teams in the B-class team are upgraded to the A-level team in the next year.
3, open two-man game: additional double game is 1 section, using the Mitchell system to play 24 decks, according to the game points (winning rate) scheduled place, take the top 12 awarded trophies, certificates.
V. Competition regulations
1. In line with the principles of friendship first and competition second, respect the opponent, obey the referee and observe the discipline of the competition.
2. The competition will be punished according to the latest "Chinese Bridge Race Rules" approved by the National Sports General Administration's Board of Cards and Sport Management Center, and will be implemented in accordance with the 2013 20VP conversion table promulgated by the World Bridge.
3. Participants must arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the start of each round. Each delay of 5 minutes will be followed by a deduction of 0.5 VP for late arrival and 15 minutes for lateness. The other party gets 12VP, and the late party gets 0 VP.
4, open the home team to sit north and south, close the room to sit things. The South House is responsible for scoring, things are responsible for checking, and the results of the competition are signed by both parties. If changes need to be made, they can be changed within 15 minutes by the captains of the two sides and with the consent of the referee. No changes can be made after 15 minutes.
5, each pair of players must bring the appointment card in duplicate, brought to the stadium during the game.
6. We prohibit the use of weak opening systems in this competition and prohibit the use of psychological bidding.
