I. Organizer: Ningbo Bridge Association, Ningbo Jiangbei District Sports Association

Ningbo Bridge Association members and bridge enthusiasts, county (city) area Bridge Association members can freely participate in the team, a total of 16 teams.
V. Participation Measures:
Each team can serve as a coach and coach, and 4-6 athletes. The participating players must bring Chinese appointment cards.
Sixth, athlete qualifications:
(1) The work unit is in Ningbo City or a bridge enthusiast living in Ningbo;
(b) Each athlete can only represent two teams to participate in the competition in a year's league.
Seventh, the competition method
(a) The current league uses a 20 to 0 VP scoring system. The game uses pre-made computer cards.
(b) Sub-station race: It is divided into five stations. Each station is divided into two phases.
The first stage: the use of group round robin. In 2 groups, 8 in each round. At the first stop, the team leader will draw lots to determine the group; the second station will start to determine the team number based on the results of the last station, and the snakes will be arranged into groups. The competition is based on cumulative VP rankings (when the VP is the same, executes the relevant provisions of the Chinese Bridge Regulations on the "identification of the same divisions") to determine the ranking of each group.
The second stage: The top two teams in each group entered the 2-1 round robin and decided to have 1-4 races. After the third and fourth teams in each group entered the 2-2 round robin, they decided to have 5-8 races. 5-8 teams from each group entered the 2-3 points competition and decided to have 9-16 races. Round-robin and integral tournaments, 16 in each round.
Each station is divided into rankings by rankings, first place 17 points; second place 15 points; third place 14 points ... and so on. The total number of points in the five stations is added to the total score, ranking in the order of the total score. The top eight players participate in the finals. Each team should keep the players relatively fixed. If the number of personnel per station team changes to more than 4 people, the number of points per station will be reduced accordingly. If there is a change of 4 people, 2 points will be reduced and 5 points will be reduced by 3 points. (Decrease of personnel changes may lead to negative points in rankings)
(C) Finals: The top eight teams in the sub-stations will participate in the finals. Participants must have more than four players participating in more than two races in the league. The finals are divided into two stages. In the first stage, the team numbers are successively arranged according to the total points of the sub-stations. 1-4 players are grouped into group A, and 5-8 are grouped into group B. They are each undergoing a single cycle, each round. vice. In the second stage, the top two players in group A of the round-robin competition perform three games with 16 decks of each section. The top-ranked team takes 0.5Imp and decides the finals to be the runner-up; the second two in the group A of the round robin and the front of the group B The two players were put together into a group, and then a single round of 16 rounds was held. Three to six finals were decided. The last two teams in the Round Group B were eliminated.
(4) The competition shall implement the “Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules” and “Supplementary Provisions of the China Bridge Card Competition Rules” (2015) approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.
Eight, incentives:
Sub-station race: take the top six to give rewards.
Finals: The championship won the current League Cup. The top six league players are rewarded.
        Nine, registration:

(B) Application fee: 500 yuan / team station. Each team takes care of its own expenses.
X. Competition discipline:
(1) It is forbidden to use mobile phones and smoking in the stadium;
(2) The referee must agree to leave the seat during the match;
(3) Respecting referees, respecting adversaries, respecting peers, and not showing undefiled or insulting language during the competition;
(4) There shall be no loud noise in the game venues and surrounding areas.
