In order to promote the widespread development of mass mental movements in Mianyang City, it has enriched the masses' amateur cultural and sports life and conscientiously implemented the national fitness activities. After the study decided to hold Mianyang City 2017 "Yucheng Health Cup" Bridge Championship. Competition project: lift-level public team competition. Invite a large number of bridge lovers inside and outside the city to participate. The competition was organized and contracted by the Mianyang Bridge Association and was titled by the Xishan Community Health Service Center in Mianyang City. It is scheduled to be held at the indoor stadium of Nanhe Sports Center from February 24th to 26th, 2017. The “Regulations of Competition” will be issued to everyone. All units are requested to actively organize the training and participation of bridge enthusiasts according to the regulations.

Competition regulations
I. Date and place of competition
Competition time: February 24-26, 2017.

IV. Entry Methods
(1) Each team may report 4 to 6 athletes and 1 team leader (coach).

V. Competition Methods
(A) Competition Methods
1. A-level team: It is divided into two stages.
The first stage: group single round-robin
Sub-groups A and B (each team serial number is determined according to Article 4(3) of this regulation) each carries out 7 rounds of single-round races, with 12 decks of each round and ranks by VP points. The top two teams in each group entered the elimination 1-1, the 3-4 teams in each group entered the elimination 1-2, the 6th in each group entered the elimination 1-3, and the 7th in each group entered the elimination 1-4.
The 5th round of each group is ranked as the 9-10th place in the round robin VP, directly relegated and no longer participate in the follow-up competition.
The 8th place in each group is ranked 15-16 in terms of the number of round robin VPs and is directly downgraded, and no longer participates in subsequent matches.
Phase II: Elimination
(1) Round 1 elimination
Knockout 1-1: The top two teams in the round robin (A1-B2, B1-A2) play against each other in 24 games and are divided into 2 sessions. The winning team entered the championship final. The team entered the knockout 2-1.
Playoff 1-2: The 3-4 crosses (A3-B4, B3-A4) in each round of the rounds will be played in 24 games and will be divided into 2 sessions. The winning team entered the elimination 2-1. How many negative teams are ranked 7-8 in the round robin VP?
Knockout 1-3: The 6th place in each round of the round-robin tournament will be played in 24 decks of games and will be divided into 2 sessions. The winning team relegated to the 11th place in this competition. The team entered the elimination round 2-2.
Knockout 1-4: The 7th place in each round of the round-robin tournament will be played in 24 decks of games, divided into 2 sessions. The winning team entered the elimination round 2-2. The negative team was downgraded and ranked 14th in this competition.
(2) Round 2 elimination
Knock-out 2-1: The two negative teams in the elimination match 1-1 and the two winning teams in the elimination match 1-2 play 12 sets of matches. The team with the highest VP points in the 4-team squad has the right to select opponents from the top 2 teams in the VP. The winning team entered the 3-4 play-offs and the negative team entered the 5-6 play-offs.
Knockout 2-2: The negative team in the elimination match 1-3 and the winning team in the elimination match 1-4 play 24 sets of matches and is conducted in 2 sessions. The winning team relegated to the 12th place in this competition. The negative team was downgraded and ranked 13th in this competition.
(3) Finals: 24 deck games are played in 2 sessions.
(4) 3-4, 5-6 additional games: 12 sets of matches, no division.
2. B-level team: 9 rounds of points arranged, 12 cards per round. Ranked by VP points.
(b) Adopting the "Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013. The VP scores are based on the WBF 20VP system.
(c) Athletes must bring their own appointment cards when playing in games.
Six, ranking admissions and awards
(a) A-level teams will take the top six and give them a cash award.
First place: 5,000 Second place: 3,000 Third place: 2,000
Fourth place: 1,500 yuan Fifth place: 1200 yuan Sixth place: 800 yuan
(b) The B-level team will take the top six and give cash prizes.
First place: 1,500 yuan Second place: 1200 yuan Third place: 800 yuan
Fourth place: 600 yuan Fifth place: 500 yuan Sixth place: 500 yuan
(3) All levels of the competition are awarded to the masters of the China Bridge Association according to the "China Bridge Association Technical Grade Standards".
(d) The 13th to 16th A-level teams were dropped to the B team, and the 1-4th B-level team was promoted to the A-team.
VII. Registration and Registration
(a) Registration:
1. All teams must register online on the China Bridge Online before February 18th and submit a paper report list and electronic filing list to the organizer.
2. Note on online registration: The online registration channel of Zhongqiao.com has been opened in this competition. The participating athletes must be members of the China Bridge Association to register. You can enter the membership number when registering.
3. Entry fee: 500 yuan for each A-level team and 400 yuan for each B-level team. The registration fee is collected by the organizer and is used to subsidize the lack of funding for the event.
