Fourth, participation methods:
(a) The city's grassroots bridge associations will participate in the free team competition and invite the neighboring counties and cities of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and the bridge team of the cooperative unit to participate in the competition.
(b) Each team can be assigned a team leader, a coach, and 4-6 athletes.
(3) The number of teams is 60. The order of registration shall prevail.
(D) Each team registration fee of 1,000 yuan, to pay at the time of registration.
(e) In order to ensure the smooth progress of the competition, the food and accommodation of the teams are unified by the organizing committee of the competition.

V. Competition Methods
(a) Competition methods: The competition is held in two phases:
Stage One: Qualifying
In order to use the points arrangement, a total of 7 rounds of competition, with 8 cards in each round, are arranged in cumulative VP points. The top eight teams entered the elimination stage of the second stage and the teams that did not enter the elimination stage entered the second stage of the additional points arrangement.
second stage:
(1) Playoffs
Quarter-finals: The teams in the 1-3rd qualifying session selected their opponents from the 5-8 qualifying teams in order to qualify for the match. The first place and the fourth place were in the first half of the qualifying session, and the second place was The third place is in the second half. 16 decks of matches. The winning team entered the semifinals and the negative team entered the elimination 2-1.
Semi-finals: According to the table against the table, the game 20 cards, divided into 2 sections, the winning team into the finals, the negative team to participate in three or four additional tournament.
Knock-out 2-1: Refers to the semi-final match against the table, the winning team enters the knockout 3-1, and the negative team enters the knockout 3-2. The 20 cards of the game are played in 2 sessions.
Finals and 3 or 4 additional tournaments: 24 decks of the game, divided into 2 sessions.
Knockout 3-1 and knockout 3-2: The game has 24 decks and is divided into 2 sections.
(2) Additional Integral Arrangement: The team that did not enter the elimination round in the first stage will take 40% of the VP total points of each team to enter the additional points arrangement. 9 to 28 teams in the qualifying stage will enter group A, and the remaining teams will enter B. group. Match 6 rounds, 8 rounds each, to accumulate VP rankings. The teams that meet in the first phase are allowed to meet once in the second phase.
(II) Implementation of the “China Bridge Card Competition Rules” and “Supplementary Provisions of the China Bridge Card Competition Rules” (2017) approved by the China Bridge Association.
1. Each pair of players participating in the competition must bring 2 cards of type 1 to the table.
2. Qualifying and additional points are forbidden to use psychological bidding, and each pair of players in the elimination round is allowed to use a psychological bid in a competition. The use of yellow (highly-used) bidding systems and brown conventions is forbidden, and the psychological protection of the system is called brown convention.
3. The athletes in the stadium must close the communication equipment. If irregularities are discovered by the players, they should be dealt with in accordance with China Bridge Regulations.
  4. No smoking on the court. Violation of regulations deduct 2VP.
5. The entrants are not allowed to leave their seats at the start of each round. Please inform the referee in advance if there are special circumstances.
6. If there is no arbitration commission for this competition and there is a dispute regarding the judgment of the referee, the referee shall, after fully consulting and hearing the relevant opinions, perform the relevant procedures for the appeal and make a final decision.
7. The chief referee and deputy referee are appointed by the Taicang Bridge Association.
8. The game is scored using electronic information collection equipment. Special requirements: The entrants must check the entry results before leaving the table at the end of the game. Strict implementation of Article 29(3) of the "Chinese Bridge Regulations": "The athletes of both parties shall check the results of the round (section) of the table before leaving the table. If any errors are found, they must immediately report to the referee for correction. , and then find mistakes, not to increase the score, except for group knockout."
(3) The team number of each team is listed with the serial number of China Bridge Network. The first round of the match is randomly drawn by the Organizing Committee and the second round is based on the results of each team. The game is not repeated.
(d) The use of prefabricated plates is used throughout the game.
