On December 25, hosted by the Guangdong Provincial Social Sports Center, Guangdong Province Bridge Association's Guangdong Youth Bridge Competition came to a close at the Guangzhou Tianhong Hotel. Team 1 of the Sun Yat-sen University won the championship of the open team.

On December 25, hosted by the Guangdong Provincial Social Sports Center, Guangdong Province Bridge Association's Guangdong Youth Bridge Competition came to a close at the Guangzhou Tianhong Hotel. Team 1 of the Sun Yat-sen University won the championship of the open team.
The competition was the first youth bridge tournament in Guangdong Province. A total of 25 team representatives from Sun Yat-sen University, South China Agricultural University, Jinan University, Shenzhen University, and Southern University of Technology participated in the competition. In the end, Team 1 of Sun Yat-sen University, Team 1 of South China Agricultural University, Team 2 of South China Agricultural University, Shenzhen Beihua Qiaoxiang Team, Team 2 of Zhongshan University, Shantou University, South University of Science and Technology, and Jinan University 1 Team all won the top 8 teams. Xiao Yudi/Bao Jihuan, Pan Guowen/Chen Chuangkun won the Open North and South and Eastern and Western Champions. The competition was funded by Guangzhou Huachi Chemical Raw Material Co., Ltd., and activities such as sending books and rewarding cards were carried out. Team champion Zhongshan University won the reward of a notebook computer provided by Hewlett-Packard.
