2017 Welcome New Year “Dingsheng Construction Investment Cup” Competition Rules for Bridge Teams in Provincial Capital Cities of Five Northwestern Provinces

I. Date and place of competition
December 31, 2016 - January 1, 2017 was held at the Gansu Provincial Bridge Activity Center (No. 262 West Railway Village, Lanzhou City).

Gansu Dingsheng Construction Investment Co., Ltd.
Fourth, participate in the unit
(1) Two teams from Shaanxi, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Ningxia, and Gansu, and Dingsheng Construction Investment Co., Ltd. sent two teams with a total of 12 teams (please send provincial teams and provincial capital cities to participate in the provincial and district capital cities).
(b) Each team may have 1 team coach and 1 coach, 4-6 athletes.
V. Competition Project: Team Competition
VI. Competition Methods: The competition will be conducted in two phases:
(A) The first stage: Integral arrangement of qualifying, a total of 5 rounds, 12 cards per round. There is no overlap between the teams at this stage. Accumulated VP ranks, VP ranks among the top.
(II) Stage II: Elimination + additional points arrangement
1, knockout
1) 1/2 finals: 4 (1-4, 2-3) matchups in the top 4 of the qualifying match, 2 in the match, and 12 in each section, for a total of 24 matches. The cumulative outcome of the IMP will be determined and the cumulative IMP will win. The winning team enters the final and the negative team takes points to participate in the additional points arrangement.
2) Finals: Two teams in the 1/2 finals will participate in the competition. There will be two games in each section with 12 decks and 24 in total. The cumulative outcome of the IMP will be determined and the cumulative IMP will win. The winning team is the champion of this competition, and the negative team is the runner-up of this competition.
2, additional points arrangement
1) The fifth and subsequent teams in the qualifying session took part in the competition. The competition consisted of 4 rounds of 12 cards in each round. The 1/2 final and 2 negative teams were scored in the third round of the game. Accumulated VP (with band points) to determine the ranking. The fourth round of related teams avoided (do not match).
(B) with points
1. Eliminations without points
The opponents in the knockout stage do not score points regardless of whether they have met in qualifying.
2. Additional bonus points
1) In the fifth place of the qualifying session and later each team brings points: 30% of cumulative VPs with qualifying qualify for the second-stage additional points arrangement;
2) 1/2 finals 2 teams with qualifying 30% of cumulative VPs + additional points The average VP in the top 3 in the first two rounds of the tournament is placed in the second stage of additional points.
VII. Admissions and Awards
Six awards for admission
The first place is 10,000 yuan, the second place is 5,000 yuan, the third place is 3,000 yuan, the fourth place is 2,000 yuan, the fifth place is 1,000 yuan, and the sixth place is 1,000 yuan

1. All teams must report to the Gansu Provincial Bridge Association before December 26th, 2016. 9. The results of the competition shall be reported to the masters of the China Bridge Association. Gansu players or players registered in other provinces in Gansu shall be awarded points and positions for the Gansu Masters.
X. Referee and Arbitration: It is sent by the Referee Committee of the Gansu Province Bridge Association. No arbitration is required in this competition. In case of dispute, the referee shall coordinate the opinions of all parties.
XI. Others: Incomplete matters will be notified separately.
