First, the time and place of competition
From June 15th to June 18th, 2018, it was held in Jiange County, Guangyuan City.

(b) Group B: other bridge clubs that meet the entry requirements.
Fifth, the qualifications and methods
(1) The Bridge Bridge Association of China is registered as the Sichuan Bridge Club, and is registered as the club member of Sichuan Bridge Association in the Sichuan Bridge Association.
(b) Club members registered with the Sichuan Bridge Association.
(c) Each club is limited to reporting one team.
(4) The participating athletes must be individual members of the China Bridge Association.
(e) Each team may report 4 to 6 athletes and 1 team leader (coach).
(6) Each team’s own expenses will be paid for by itself.
Sixth, the competition method
(1) Competition Methods
1. Grade A group: It is divided into two stages.
The first stage: the round robin, with 10 decks per game, ranked in VP points. 1-4 players entered the semi-finals, 5 and 6 players ranked 5th and 6th, respectively. The 7th relegation team, 8-11 players entered the elimination matches 1-1 and 1-2 respectively, and the 12th relegated.
Phase II: Partition Elimination
(1) Round 1 elimination
Semi-final: The first stage of 1-4 games for 30 cards, divided into 3 sections. The first team has the right to select opponents among the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning team entered the finals and the negative team entered 3 or 4 matches.
Play-off 1-1: In the first stage, 8, 9 players played 30 games and were divided into 3 sessions. The winning team relegated and the negative team entered the second round of elimination.
Playoffs 1-2: 10 and 11 players from the first stage will play 30 games in 3 sessions. The winning team entered the second round of elimination and the negative team relegated.
(2) Round 2 elimination
Finals, 3, 4 matches: 30 match games are played in 3 sessions.
Knockout: The negative team in the elimination match 1-1 and the winning team in the elimination match 1-2 will play 30 match games in 3 sessions. The winning team relegated and the team relegated.
2. Group B: It is divided into two stages.
The first stage: Integral Arrangement, a total of 11 rounds, 10 decks per round, ranks by VP points, 1st place upgrade, 2-13 players entered 1-1 and 1-2 respectively.
The serial numbers of the teams are arranged by the average masters of each team. There is no team with the masters in the team and random numbers will be drawn.
The first round of scheduling was conducted in a U-shaped match, and the subsequent game schedule was arranged in the order of high to high and low to low.
The second stage: district knockout.
(1) Round 1 elimination
Knockout 1-1: The first stage of the 2nd and 3rd teams have the right to select opponents from 5-7 teams in turn and play 30 cards in 3 sessions. The team wins the upgrade and the negative team enters the second round of elimination.
Playoffs 1-2: The first stage 8, 9 teams have the right to select opponents from 11-13 teams in turn and play 30 match games in 3 sessions. The winning team entered the second round of elimination.
(2) Round 2 elimination
The negative team in the elimination match 1-1 and the winning team in the elimination match 1-2 will play 30 match games in 3 sessions. Of the six teams, the teams with ranks of 1 and 2 in the first stage have the right to select opponents from 4-6 teams in order to win the team upgrade.
(b) Adopting the "China Bridge Card Competition Rules" newly approved by the China Bridge Association.
(3) Each player of the Class A team must prepare 3 copies of the “Commitment Card”, of which 1 shall be submitted to the referee for record before the match; and the B class player shall have 2 copies of the “Commitment Card” for each pair of players.
Each athlete must bring his own contract card when playing in the game.
Seventh, rankings and rewards
(1) The first six groups will be given cash prizes for the first six groups.
(2) All levels of competition are awarded to the masters of the China Bridge Association according to the "China Bridge Association Technical Grade Standards".
(3) The 10th to 12th members of the A-class group were dropped into the B-class group, and the 1st to 7th members of the B-class group were promoted to the Class A group.
VIII. Registration and Registration
(a) Registration
1. All Bridge Clubs must apply online on the China Bridge Card before May 31st. Before the registration deadline, each team can make changes on the internet. The PIN code must be remembered.
2, tournament service fee: 600 yuan / team. The tournament service fee is charged by the organizer and is used to subsidize the insufficiency of the tournament funds.
3. Change of the list: Within 7 days after the registration is completed, you can change the list (including team name, increase, decrease, change team members, correct registration errors, etc.). You need to fill in the change list application form after the change, and you need to pay 100 yuan for each change.

(b) Registration:
1. Competitors On June 13th, each team reported to the competition area before 18:00 on June 14th.
2. Teams who fail to report on time must contact the competition area before 18:00 on the registration date to confirm their participation. Unacknowledged teams will dispose of the game and cancel the registration.
9. The members of the competition committee and the arbitration committee shall be sent by the Provincial Bridge Association.
Ten, other
(1) No leader’s meeting will be held in this competition. Please read the “Supplementary Regulations” before each match.
(b) The power of interpretation of this regulation belongs to the Sichuan Bridge Association.
(3) Uncompleted matters will be notified separately.
